After the Lord seals the foreheads
of the 144,000 chosen Israelite servants,
a great multitude of people from every nation
will be killed for standing up for Jesus.
On earth it will look like death and horror,
but in heaven it will look like
white robes and freedom.
This is the weather of the 6th Seal Season.
These are the signs of the great tribulation.
“Salvation belongs to our God
who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”
Martyrdom is the ceremony of blood.
It is the most sacrificial form of all baptism.
And this will be prevalent
for all those who love God
during the days of the 6th Seal Season.
“These are the ones who
come out of the great tribulation,
and washed their robes and made them white
in the blood of the Lamb.
Therefore, they are before the throne of God,
and serve Him day and night in His temple.
And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them.
They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore.
the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat.
for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne
will shepherd them and lead them
to living fountains of waters.
And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
Oh my, how the church has changed.
Instead of suffering for the Word of the Lord,
we flaunt our “self-performed miracles” in front of the people of God.
I know, Lord, the flesh gets in the way. It’s a struggle we all endure every single day. We take the glory instead of giving the glory back to God.
Instead of giving all the glory to God, we focus on our sacrifice and what we have done.
Instead of giving our riches to the poor, we hoard up our treasures and only want more.
Instead of speaking the truth in love, we bend Your Word to meet people where they are at.
I know, Lord, the flesh gets in the way. We are only doing what our heart says. How easily our hearts turn astray.
Instead of taking off our shoes and pay our respect to You, Father God, we wear our heels and our boots instead, and totally desecrate Your hallowed ground. Oh Lord, forgive us for what we have become.
Instead of focusing our attention on You, your children like to look more at themselves. Selfies are the way of the land. A life of service becomes all about self. “Giving to others” and “Doing the hard stuff” becomes a message of works instead of a message that truly gives hope.
This is the way of the new world. A church that ministers to universal love. A church where head pastors teach, "Love others as you love yourself" without first bowing down to You, Father God.
Oh Lord, where has our reverence gone? Where is the dividing that only comes from Your Sword?
Father God, I send up this prayer -
Let your Church become people of light. May the mind and the heart become children of God.
May Your truth expose those things that live in the deepest darkest of nights. Let Your truth be exposed in the Name of Christ.
Help me to be a witness to the members of Christ. Help me to speak gently to this unfortunate plight.
Help me to see people in bondage. Help me to see the real enemy who stands behind them.
And most importantly, help me to see the log in my own eye. I know I don’t drift too far behind!
You are potter and we are the clay. Knead us and mold us according to your plan.
Father God, turn us into Christ-centered men and women who can withstand. Give us wisdom so that we can understand.
This is the prayer I lift up to you. Make us into members that reflect Your Head.
This is an interesting poem
because I was able to slow down.
I invite you to read on.
Yesterday I learned
after Jesus tears the 6th seal,
astronomical changes will cause
the earth to lose it's balance.
The moon will turn red,
the sun will turn black
and the winds will stop.
At this time, an angel of God
will come to the earth
and seal the foreheads
of God’s chosen servants.
The servants of God
listed in this passage
are not pastors or priests,
or even “Christians”
as we seem to think -
The chosen servants of God
are the sons of Jacob -
set aside for such a time as this.
The number of God's servants
who become sealed by the Holy Spirit,
at the end of this age, is very specific.
from the bloodline of Israel
will be sealed on their foreheads,
but the 12 tribes listed in Revelation 7
seems to be missing a person!
The scripture says there will be
12,000 from Judah
12,000 from Reuben
12,000, from Gad
12,000, from Asher
12,000, from Naphtali
12,000, from Manasseh
12,000, from Simeon
12,000, from Levi
12,000, from Issachar
12,000, from Zebulun
12,000, from Joseph
12,000 from Benjamin
Now I know Joseph is the father
of Manasseh and Ephraim.
So, I would think the passage would say
12,000 from Joseph,
not 12,000 from Manasseh
and 12,000 Joseph.
I wonder why
that is how Jesus chose to say it?
It appears Joseph is being listed
instead of Ephraim,
I guess it's because Ephraim is the son
who received the blessing of Jacob,
instead of Manasseh.
But this would mean
that Joseph will receive a double portion
for his shame,
just as promised by God.
24,000 servants of God
who are sealed by God's Spirit for the end times
will come from the blood line of Joseph.
And where is the tribe of Dan?
Why is Dan is not included?
This is an area that I am not strong.
I do not know much
about the tribe of Dan
except they are the ones
attached to Micah and the false priest
in the 18th Chapter of Judges.
From doing a quick search
and minimal research,
it appears the tribe of Dan
went out on their own
and never came back -
they were totally wiped out.
The website, Got Questions, says
that the once second-most populous
tribe of Dan, “declined in numbers
and in influence until the time of Ezra."
The people of Dan fell into gross idolatry.
It appears the once children of Jacob
who followed his God
carved out gods of their own,
and became children of Satan.
Dan also became
the center of idol worship
when the Northern Kingdom broke off
Right before Jacob (Israel) died,
he blessed his children
and this is what he said to Dan,
“Dan shall judge his people
As one of the tribes of Israel.
Dan shall be a serpent by the way,
A viper by the path,
That bites the horse’s heels
So that its rider shall fall backward.”
how is Dan to judge God’s people?
How is Dan going to serve God
as a viper by God’s path?
And interestingly, how will Dan
bite the heel of the horse
that makes the rider fall backwards?
What horse and rider
do you think Jacob was talking about?
It’s almost 4 am, and the good Lord woke me up to write the next poem.
I’m so excited to turn to Chapter 7. I didn’t think Chapter 6 would ever end!
“After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back its four winds so that no wind would blow on land or sea or on any tree. And I saw another angel ascending from the east, with the seal of the living God. And he called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea: “Do not harm the land or sea or trees until we have sealed the foreheads of the servants of our God.” Revelation 7:1-3
Holy crap! Did you hear that?
There’s so much revelation coming at me that it feels like my heartbeat is going to stop!
First, this spells out that a pre-tribulation understanding of scripture is nothing more than a false belief based on faulty doctrine.
I would have never known this if I was not in the Word of God for myself! The servants of God are still on the earth after Jesus releases the first six judgements.
Also, I’m pretty sure when John wrote this letter that he did not separate his words into separate chapters. We have to look at Chapter 7 in relation to what is written in Chapter 6. We need to pay attention to how the unfolding of God’s Word is intimately connected in both the Old and New Testament.
The end of Chapter 6 was about the astronomical signs that represent the end times; and we as stewards of God’s Word should pay attention to what Jesus said to His Apostle John.
Why so many Christians walk around in fear, afraid to hear the revelatory words of Jesus is beyond my understanding! This is the book that we should all dig in! Jesus showed this information to John so that His brothers and sisters would have Life-Giving Wisdom!
After a time of false peace will come war, and after war comes famine, plagues, and death. One fourth of the earth will be taken from us in just a matter of a few short moments.
The children of God will be beaten and killed for telling everyone about the Kingdom to Come.
The earth will shift and fall of its axis, all of nature will lose its balance. Life will grow cold, the sun will turn black, and moon will turn red.
And then, before the tearing of the seventh seal, Jesus will command the 4 angels to hold back the winds UNTIL the foreheads of the servants of God are sealed!
My heart is racing with such joy and expectation. My God is the God who keeps His promise!
Right now, this is enough information for me to take in. Tomorrow I will read on and share the rest of Chapter 7.
Today’s poetic Sermon
is the last I will write
from the sixth chapter of Revelation.
It’s based on what happens
when the Lamb of God
tears off the 6th seal from the scroll.
As you already know,
the Apostle John was given the ability
to have his spirit
be in the throne room of Heaven.
He witnessed Jesus as the slain Lamb
take the scroll from the right hand
of the One who sits on the throne.
He saw the Lamb open the seals
and heard God’s creatures
declare the judgement with the word, "Come.”
The tearing off of the first 4 seals
brought in four horsemen
who brought in false peace,
famine, disease and war.
The tearing of the 5th seal
brought in massive martyrdom
of people who believe that Jesus is King.
And now we will see what happens
when the slain Lamb of God
tears the sixth seal.
“And when I saw the Lamb
open the sixth seal,
there was a great earthquake,
and the sun became black
like sackcloth of goat hair,
and the whole moon turned blood red,
and the stars of the sky
fell to the earth like unripe figs
dropping from a tree
shaken by a great wind.
The sky receded
like a scroll being rolled up,
and every mountain and island
was moved from its place.
Then the kings of the earth,
the nobles, the commanders,
the rich, the mighty,
and every slave and free man
hid in the caves
and among the rocks
of the mountains.
And they said to the mountains
and the rocks, “Fall on us
and hide us from the face
of the One seated on the throne,
and from the wrath of the Lamb.
For the great day of Their wrath
has come, and who is able
to withstand it?”
The tearing of the sixth seal
will be the sign
that God is not a god to be played with.
The land and sea will be affected.
Everyone on earth
will experience trembling and terror
while the earth is being rejected.
The earth will literally be thrown off its axis.
It’s hard to imagine that there will be
such astronomical changes,
and yet, humans will still remain
resistant to God.
is not about religion,
it's about having an intimate relationship
After the four horsemen
comes massive martyrdom
and terror across the entire globe.
Jesus forewarned of the end times,
the days that come right before
the Day of the Lord.
“You will hear of wars
and rumors of wars,
but see to it that you are not alarmed.
These things must happen,
but the end is still to come.
Nation will rise against nation,
and kingdom against kingdom.
There will be famines
and earthquakes in various places.
All these are the beginning of birth pains.
Then they will deliver you over
to be persecuted and killed,
and you will be hated by all nations
because of My name.
At that time many will fall away
and will betray and hate one another,
and many false prophets
will arise and mislead many.
Because of the multiplication
of wickedness, the love of most
will grow cold.
But the one who perseveres
to the end will be saved.
And THIS gospel of the kingdom
will be preached in all the world
as a testimony to all nations,
and then the end will come.”
Every nation across the globe
will hold haters of Christ.
Every tribe and tongue
will profane His great name!
Organizations will rise up
to advocated to take
the Most High God out of government;
the nations will unite
to accomplish God’s purpose.
Yes. It is true!
God has established a set time
when He will allow utter darkness
to separate the light.
While hearts grow cold
and become less flexible
to God’s Word,
the hearts of God’s children
get stronger and grow brighter
to reflect God’s Word.
The highway to Heaven
becomes heavily illuminated.
And while this is happening,
according to John in the Book of Revelation,
the souls of God’s children
who have been a true witness,
who are located under God’s altar,
will cry out in a loud voice,
“How long, O Lord,
the One who is holy and true,
will it be until You
avenge our blood and judge those
who dwell upon the earth?”
As they cry out,
they are given a white robe
and told to rest a little while,
until the full number
of their fellow servants,
their brothers, are martyred.
That is what happens
when Jesus tears off the fifth seal,
the 5th seal of 7 seals
located on the official scroll
written by God himself.
The cry of the martyred
is the center of worship.
This is the heart of every true believer
who truly loves God.
I will wait until tomorrow
to write about the 6th seal;
the seal that comes right before
the 7 trumpets that officially announce
the Day of the Lord.
Tomorrow we will see
that the 6th seal brings about great terror.
This is what happens when God delivers
Can you imagine living in a time
when God brings about
Miracles like the 7 Plagues,
and the parting of the Red Sea
and the swallowing up of an oppressive army!
Miracles like the opening of the earth
who swallowed up Korah
and those who disobeyed God!
Miracles like fire coming down
on Sodom and Gommorrah,
an entire people
who lived outside the will of God.
It would be so terrifying to see
the Hand of God
actually writing on the wall,
unless of course we knew
who the writing was coming from!
If I saw the scroll unfolding before my eyes,
I'm pretty sure I would fall and be totally in awe.
Whether it happens in my lifetime or not,
I will continue to believe
in the promised Word of God.
May these poems that I will continue to write
light up the path that leads every heart
to the center of worship -
the altar of God.
The color Pale Green
reminds me of something
pungent and sickly.
It makes me think of
death and toxicity.
is the color of the fourth horse
that is released into the world
by Jesus himself.
In Revelation, the Apostle John said,
“Then I looked and saw a pale green horse.
Its rider’s name was Death,
and Hades followed close behind.
And they were given authority
over a fourth of the earth,
to kill by sword, by famine, by plague,
and by the beasts of the earth.”
Can you imagine Death
coming for you,
and bringing Hell right behind?
This is the meaning
of Death and Hades;
it’s the explanation
of what is to come
for those who do not believe
in the second Adam;
the life-giving Spirit of God.
is in only the first experience;
living eternally in Hell,
well, that is the result
for those who will be
eternally separated from God.
And for those afraid of the coronavirus,
the man-made virus that has taken out
about 1 percent of our world,
let me remind you
of what God said is going to come…
Death and Hell
will be given authority
and take out one fourth of the earth!
Since there is almost
8 billion people in the world,
that means there will be almost 2 billion deaths!
This menacing virus that has been given a crown
is nothing in comparison
to the Pale Green Horse!
What in the world
compares to 2 billion deaths?
I can’t imagine
the devastating effects!
I know it’s not quite the same,
but the Pale Horse Rider
makes me think of Moses, Pharaoh
and the angel of death,
and the Egyptian army
being swallowed up by the Red Sea.
The Bible shares moments
when supernatural miracles
like this happen.
It’s all based on
God’s divine timeline,
which is expelled through His prophetic Word.
I remember reading in Jeremiah now,
how God used famine, plague and sword
to make His Will known, and get His Will done.
Jeremiah once said,
“But like the bad figs,
(those who disobey God and are rotten inside)
so bad they cannot be eaten,
so will I deal with Zedekiah,
king of Judah, his officials,
and the remnant of Jerusalem -
those remaining in this land
and those living in the land of Egypt.
I will make them a horror
and an offense
to all the kingdoms of the earth,
a disgrace and an object of scorn,
ridicule, and cursing
wherever I have banished them.
And I will send against them
sword and famine and plague,
until they have perished
from the land that I gave to them
and their fathers.’
What happened to
the Northern Kingdom of Israel
and the Southern Kingdom of Judah
during the days of Assyria and Babylonia,
is nothing in comparison
to what is planned to happen
during the Day of the Lord.
Instead of one nation
being held accountable,
every person of every tribe and tongue
will bow down to the Lord.
The Pale Horse Rider
will bring more martyrs and more terror!
The opening of His seals
will bring God’s judgement down!
This is a poem about the black horse
who will be released into the earth
when Jesus opens the third seal of God’s Book.
The Black Horse Rider
is the 3rd apocalypse horseman,
and he will have a pair of scales
in his hand.
"Pair of scales" in Greek is zugón,
which literally means "yoke," -
the yoke of bondage
will be the way of the land.
The four living creatures
in the midst of God's throne will say,
“A quart of wheat for a denarius,
and three quarts of barley for a denarius.
and do not harm the oil and the wine.”
Greed and poverty
will be rampant again
when delusional thinking
and narcissism consumes the land.
“A merchant loves to defraud
with dishonest scales in his hands.”
God will judge “Dishonest scales
and bags of false weights” -
For the wealthy will be full of violence,
and will speak lies.
their tongues will be
deceitful in their mouths.”
This is what
the black horse rider will bring
when the Lamb of God opens the seals.
God will place a great big sword
in the Antichrist's hand.
He will execute God’s judgement
all over the earth.
And though humans
will withdraw into their cities,
He will send a plague -
we will be delivered
into the enemy’s hand.
God will allow
our food supply to be low,
and He will allow
for more people to be poor
while the greed and gore
rip open the land.
will bring about a Great Depression.
The wealthy will drain the poor.
The Assyrian and Babylonian Kings
are coming back.
Israel will be under attack.
I hear the Lord,
“Watch and listen for My voice.
The Day of the Lord is coming soon.”
I see people running seeking shelter.
I see doors closing and fear flowing.
I hear screaming mothers and tortured fathers.
I hear babies crying and children sobbing.
I see winter coming and coldness growing.
I just want to cry.
I see pride.
I see human kings laughing loudly.
I hear dancing and feet stomping.
I see so much drinking.
I see intoxication
and people being filled with wine.
I see people standing against opposition.
and falling down by their pride.
I see suicide attempts
and people wanting to die.
I see mothers and fathers saying goodbye.
The black horse rider
will bring fear and famine,
poverty and hunger into the land.
And while it does not seem to make any sense,
God is going to use it all for His good.
In fact, it has already been planned.
Summary of sermon from Pastor Brian Broadway
at Living Message Church
according to the way
the Lord has perked my ears to hear it.
Every author of the Bible
comes from the blood line of the Hebrew
except the Gentile man known as Luke.
Luke is the person who God chose
to write down more detail
and more words than any other man
in the Word of God.
Luke addressed the line of David
and the line of Aaron-
the priest and prophet
who prepared for the coming of Jesus,
Christ our King.
Luke tells the story about what Jesus did
when He was led by the Holy Spirit
into the wilderness to test His heart.
We saw how Jesus used God’s armor
and the Sword of the Spirit
to resist the trap of darkness,
set by Satan.
When Jesus returned to Galilee
he contained the power of the Holy Spirit.
The idea of a synagogue
came from a time of desperation.
The synagogue was a gathering place
for God’s people
during the days of Nebuchadnezzar;
a place where the Word of God
was established on a strong foundation.
We will do well to remember
that the Church, the Body of Christ,
is not a social club,
or a popular clique to be a part of.
The Church is a place where
the citizens of Heaven are called to gather.
The model of the church has to be biblical -
Christ is the Head of a body
that is supposed to follow.
“For by the grace given me
I say to every one of you:
Do not think of yourself
more highly than you ought,
but think of yourself
with sober judgment,
according to the measure of faith
God has given you.
Just as each of us has one body
with many members,
and not all members
have the same function,
so in Christ we who are many
are one body, and each member
belongs to one another.
We have different gifts
according to the grace given us.
If one’s gift is prophecy,
let him use it in proportion to his faith;
if it is serving, let him serve;
if it is teaching, let him teach;
if it is encouraging, let him encourage;
if it is giving, let him give generously;
if it is leading,
let him lead with diligence;
if it is showing mercy,
let him do it cheerfully.”
As we walk through every day life
we have choices to make.
Our prayer is that the spirit of wisdom
and revelation of God will fill
the hearts and minds of everyone.
Out of the foundation of God,
the root of Christ,
Words of wisdom shall come.
The 7 Spirits Of God
are actually combined into One.
The hearing and influence
of the Holy Spirit is to become
fully mature and define God’s purpose.
“For who among men
knows the thoughts of man
except his own spirit within him?
So too, no one knows
the thoughts of God
except the Spirit of God.
We have not received
the spirit of the world,
but the Spirit who is from God,
that we may understand
what God has freely given us.
And this is what we speak,
not in words taught us
by human wisdom,
but in words taught by the Spirit,
expressing spiritual truths
in spiritual words.”
1 Corinthians 2:11-13
We do not want
the Spirit of this world,
for it is in opposition to the Lord our God.
“The natural man does not accept
the things that come
from the Spirit of God.
For they are foolishness to him,
and he cannot understand them,
because they are spiritually discerned.”
1 Corinthians 2:14
We have the mind of Christ
when we align our will to what God says.
The Holy Spirit resides in the hearts
of God’s children;
for greater is the volume
of the Good News
that comes from God’s people.
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel
to the poor in spirit;
He has sent Me to heal
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those
who are oppressed;
To proclaim the acceptable
year of the Lord.”
May the Lord continue to grow His faith
in the submitted body,
the Body of Christ.
The second seal in Revelation 6
and verses 49-59 in Luke 12
have much in common.
They both speak to the peace that is lifted.
The Apostle John said
he saw The Lamb of God
open the second seal of the scroll.
He saw Jesus release
a bright red horse into the world.
The Red Horse Rider
was granted permission
to take away peace from the earth.
The Red Horse Rider was given a great sword,
and men were permitted to slay one another.
From this description,
I’m guessing the name
of the Red Horse Rider is WAR.
In Luke 12,
we can see what Jesus wished for.
“I have come
to ignite a fire on the earth,
and how I wish it were already kindled.
But I have a baptism to undergo,
and how distressed I am
until it is accomplished!
Do you think that I have come
to bring peace to the earth?
No, I tell you, but division.”
Jesus was sent by His Father
to endure the Baptism of Blood.
Whosoever believes that Jesus
is the Son of God, the second Adam,
the Life-Giving Spirit,
is freely willing to be martyred.
The dividing that comes
from the Sword of the Spirit
has everything to do with our belief systems.
“From now on, five in one household
will be divided,
three against two and two against three.
They will be divided,
father against son and son against father,
mother against daughter
and daughter against mother,
mother-in-law against daughter-in-law
and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.”
I believe that Jesus is stating
some people will believe that He is King
of the New Jerusalem,
the Kingdom that holds
the vessels of God’s Life-Giving Spirit;
and some will not.
The Greek word for martyr is martur,
which simply means “witness.”
This word became synonymous
with dying for Christ
because the early Church
was often persecuted
and/or put to death
for their belief and witness to Christ.
This great witness will come again.
In fact, it is already happening.
Just look around the world
and what is happening with the United Nations.
The true Jew and The true Christian
actually have the very same mind and heart.
They have a heart and a mind
that is right with God.
And true circumcision is not merely
obeying the letter of the law;
rather, it is a change of heart
produced by the Spirit of God.
A changed person seeks praise from God,
not from people.
This is the heart of every martyr.
“No, I tell you, unless you repent,
you too will all perish.”
The real miracle that Jesus gave to us,
was not healing, but His sacrificial death.
Miracles happen throughout the Bible.
We saw the plagues in Egypt,
the manna in the wilderness,
and people being raised, even from death.
All miracles are an extension of God.
But the truth is the greatest gift
is that God kept His promise.
The Seed of the woman
would crush the head of Satan.
“Therefore I urge you,
brothers, on account of God’s mercy,
to offer your bodies as living sacrifices,
holy and pleasing to God,
which is your spiritual service of worship.
Do not be conformed to this world,
but be transformed
by the renewing of your mind.
Then you will be able to test
and approve what is the good,
pleasing, and perfect will of God.”
Brothers and sisters in Christ -
What will you do with this Information?
Everyone is accountable
for making their own decision.
Do you have passion
for WHO you believe in?
Are you willing to stand on your belief system?
The end is coming soon.
The warning has been given.
Jesus says to the masses,
As soon as you see a cloud
rising in the west,
you say, ‘A shower is coming,’
and that is what happens.
And when the south wind blows,
you say, ‘It will be hot,’ and it is.
You know how to interpret
the appearance of the earth and sky.
Why don’t you know
how to interpret the present time?
Make every effort
to reconcile with your adversary
while you are on your way to the magistrate.
Otherwise, he may drag you off to the judge,
and the judge may hand you over to the officer,
and the officer may throw you into prison.”
