Are you one who will stand in shame, With bowed head on bended knee? When your standing at the pearly gates, and Jesus says, “I don’t know you. Depart from Me. You worker of iniquity.” Will you gasp in unbelief? When He asks, “Did you stand with Banner in hand, spreading victory in all My land?” What will you say when He wants to know If you stood for Him, or did you go? When Jesus asks the rhetorical questions, “Did you draw near to me?” “Did you seek My face?” Will you answer “Yes Lord, it’s your lines that I traced.” Or will you sulk, and walk away, and say, “I’m sorry Lord, I was led astray.” Do you believe “Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through the Son?” Or do you think He was a Prophet gone mad, a lunatic that appeals to some? Perhaps you believe He was a fraud, A master deceiver of men, But how can that be When He set the Beatitude Trend? What will you think when you come to know the road is narrow and the gate is small? Will you get angry and blame God for being exclusionary, Or will you take responsibility when you come to understand, the narrowness was created from the pride of man? Are you a person who looks at only one side of God’s face, Believing that universal love will save the human race? Where in the Bible does the Word say that you get to choose THE way? What will you do my friend, when the time comes for His judgment to take place? Will you say, “Yes Lord, I trusted and obeyed.” Or will you say, “I chose to deny your truth, but I accepted your grace.” Will He turn and say to you "Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me. For your thoughts are not of the things of God, but the things of men?” The Lord is searching For surrendered hearts For those who seek Him With every part; From joints to marrow And spirit to soul, The heart and mind He must control; For the poor in Spirit And the prone in Soul, Humility and sacrifice It’s necessary to be made whole. I see the vision; it’s oh so clear, Whole-hearted people Laying flat on the floor Hearts connected to their Father’s cord; This is the position required of men Who hope to be with Father again. Half-hearted people who do not fear stand before the Lord on bended knee. I hear His voice, it’s oh so clear, “They knock at my door and expect to come in. They claim to know me, but they are strangers to Me. On bended knee? Don’t they know it’s the stance of My enemy?” The Lord is shouting, for you to know what He did to save your soul. Will you accept His sacrifice? Will you heed His advice? Will you seek His Word, and come to fear His voice? Will you accept His Holiness? Free will is yours, you get to make the choice. On the day you take your last breath, What will Jesus say to you? Will it be “I’m sorry but I don’t know you.” Or “Come with Me my friend, I have prepared a place for you.”
