If you have never read the Book of Job, I highly recommend that you do! Job is the oldest book in the Bible, dating back approximately 600 years before Christ. It's about a man named Job who was considered blameless before the Lord. He was a described as a man of integrity. He feared the Lord and stayed away from evil. Chapter 29 highlights Job's heart towards God and his community. He assisted the poor and cared for widows and orphans. He helped those without hope and served as eyes for the blind, and feet for the lame. He was also highly revered and respected by all social classes, from the poor to the highest officials which included princes who “stood in silence before him.” Job states, "Everyone listened to my advice. They were silent as they waited for me to speak."
Chapter One describes Satan, the Accuser coming to the Heavenly Court after patrolling the earth. When God asks Satan if he noticed Job, Satan replied, "Yes, but Job has good reason to fear you. You are have always put a wall of protection around him and his home and his property. You have made him prosperous." Satan mocks God stating that if everything is taken away from Job, he will curse God. So, God gives Satan permission to test Job, with the condition that he won't harm him physically. Satan goes on a rampage and begins attacking Job. He steals his animals and kills his farmhands. He burn all the sheep and shepherds. He steals his camels and his servants. He creates a powerful wind from the wilderness and hits the house where his children were, and all his children die. Can you imagine being hit with such horrible news? We struggle with getting cut off in traffic, not getting a promotion at work, and not being liked by some people. I can’t imagine getting the new job got, with back to back traumatic let downs! When Job heard this news, he tore his robe in grief, shaved his head and fell to the ground to worship! In his grief, he said, "I came naked from my mother's womb, and I will be naked when I leave. The Lord gave me what I had, and the Lord has taken away. Praise the name of the Lord!” Can you imagine responding to these circumstances with a heart of worship, praising the name of the Lord? Honestly, take a minute to consider how you respond to even an ounce of bad news. For me, well...this is certainly a wake up call! I sincerely have to check my heart! Satan approaches the Lord again and once again, the Lord says, "Have you noticed my servant Job? He is the finest man in all the earth. He is blameless - a man of complete integrity. He fears God and stays away from evil. And he has maintained his integrity even though you urged me to harm him without cause." Satan replies, "Skin for skin! A man will give up everything he has to save his life. But reach out and take away his health, and he will surely curse you to your face!" The Lord give Satan permission to take away his heath, but he has to spare his life. He is not allowed to kill him. So, Satan strikes Job with terrible boils from head to foot! After losing her children, her home and her wealth, and now, watching her once strong husband fall into horrific ill-health, Job’s wife tells Job to curse God and die! The Book of Job does not talk much about Job's wife, but I can only imagine how depressed and grief-stricken she must have felt! Despite her command to curse God, Job continues to hold on to his integrity and says, "You talk like a foolish woman. Should we accept only good things that come from the hand of God and never anything bad?" Again, I am amazed at Job's response. Despite this full-on demonic attack, he continues to have a heart of worship! The majority of the Book of Job revolves around back and forth discourse between Job and his three friends who come from distant lands to comfort and console him. Because they saw that his suffering was too great for words, they sat with him in silence for seven nights and days before speaking. Job breaks the silence by cursing the day he was born. It's at this point that we begin to see the sinful nature that exists in Job. Job falls into the same pit that most of us fall into when bad things happen: self-pity! Self-pity is defined as "excessive, self-absorbed unhappiness over one's own troubles." In my opinion, self-pity is a form of pride. Pride is often viewed as the outward expression of arrogance, while self-pity is an inward expression of “all about me”. Since self-pity does not "look like" pride, people often have a hard time believing they are stuck in pride. This is a very dangerous place to be because if sin goes unnoticed, then it grows and eventually leads to death (James 1:15). As Job is wallowing in a deep state of depression, his friend, Eliphaz, responds to him in twisted truths. I honestly don't think Eliphaz's response was his own because Job 4:12-21 says that his "truth" was given to him in secret, from a disturbing vision at night, when fear gripped him as a spirit swept past his face and his hair stood on end. In the silence he heard the a voice say, "Can a mortal be innocent before God? Can anyone be pure before the creator? If God does not trust his own angels then how much less will he trust people made of clay!" I believe Satan was still at work bringing accusation and condemnation to Job through the mouths of his friends. Isn't this how demonic attacks hit all of our lives? Satan knows the Word of God. He is a fallen angel. He uses twisted versions of God's Word to kill, steal and destroy humans, the only creation that was made in the image of God! Job's friends continued to respond to Job's complaints of self-pity with words like, "God is doubtless punishing you far less than you deserve," "If only you would prepare your heart and lift your hands in prayer! Get rid of yours sins," and "You are nothing but a windbag...your sins are telling your mouth what to say!" Their judgmental and condescending remarks only fed Job's desire to proclaim his innocence, which digs the "self-pity pit" even deeper! One of the biggest struggles I have as a follower of Christ is falling on the continuum of truth and grace (judgment and mercy). Job’s friends speak so much truth about God's character and expectation, yet their judging approach is does not show love, gentleness or humility. Their comments actually make Job feel more condemnation that he already does. At the same time, Job understands God is all powerful and nothing happens with His approval. He knows God to be the ultimate judge. This is a battle we all fall into today, isn't it? I see it all over over social media and the news. Christians who desire to proclaim God's commands and “fight political injustices”, but are so judgmental that it pushes people farther away from the gospel. They lack humility and do not show the love of God to others. Yet, there are also self-proclaimed Christians who don't know the Word of God and make up their own truths based on their own beliefs. The Word calls these people "foolish and unwise" for they do not fear the Lord. The Lord declares that his thoughts are not our thoughts, his ways are higher than your ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). Our society believes there is no one truth, and that everyone is entitled to follow their own truth (beliefs). Once again, we see that the enemy's best method of attack is to twist the Word of God. The struggle is real, and it does not bypass me! I struggle all the time with trying to live in both truth and in grace. I want to love everyone. I want everyone to feel valued and appreciated, yet more than pleasing people, I want to serve My God and follow his truth and his ways! I continually have to get on me knees and ask God for his forgiveness because I know that every day I miss the mark! Aside from the revelations I have already mentioned, the Book of Job has reminded me of two great truths about God, He is both truth and grace. He is the complex, synergistic conceptualization of how the whole is greater than it's parts. God is greater than the "two sides of a coin of truth and grace." He is the immeasurable version of love in it's purest form! Job was bestowed with amazing wisdom. Job came to the same final conclusion that the wisest person to ever live (King Solomon) came to: " was the wisest person to ever live came to, "And this is what he says to all humanity, the fear of the Lord is true wisdom; to forsake evil is real understanding." This is what Solomon says, "Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion to the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil (Ecc 12:13-14)." True wisdom comes when we acknowledge God's holiness and understand that He alone is judge. At the same time, God's mercy and grace was found throughout the Book of Job! 600 years before Christ came in the flesh, Job states, "If only there were someone to mediate between us, someone to bring us together, someone to remove God’s rod from me, so that his terror would frighten me no more (Job 9:33-24), "Even now my witness is in heaven; my advocate is on high. My intercessor is my friend as my eyes pour out tears to God; on behalf of a man he pleads with God as one pleads for a friend (Job 16:19-21)," "At least there is hope for a tree: If it is cut down, it will sprout again, and its new shoots will not fail. Its roots may grow old in the ground and its stump die in the soil, yet at the scent of water it will bud and put forth shoots like a plant (Job 14:7-9)," “If someone dies, will they live again? All the days of my hard service I will wait for my renewal to come. You will call and I will answer you; you will long for the creature your hands have made (Job 14:14-15)," and "I know that my redeemer lives, and in the end he will stand on the earth (Job 19:25)." I don’t know how any does life without Jesus! He truly is the only way! Without a mediator, we are left to our own destruction! Thank you Lord for opening my eyes not only to the sovereignty of God, but to His great love for us! Even before Job asked, God already had a plan to redeem us! A wonderful mediator who sits at the right hand of God and make our requests known to God.

Lord, I woke up at 2 am with "Hold on, Let go" running through my mind. I know that when you repeat your words, it's time to get up and write them down. You never give me more until I am ready to receive.
Many times we question ourselves, "Do we hold on or do we let go?" Lord, "Do I hold onto faith and believe that what I ask in your name will be given?" or "Do I let go and trust that your will be done and that whatever it is, it will be for my good?" "Do I hold on, do I let go?" and then you answered... From the Voice of the Lord, "Come to me all who are weary and heavy-laden and I will give you rest. You ask these things in human terms. You think and speak and seek with limited knowledge and understanding. How can a human even know what to ask? You speak in black and white, and look for your desires to be done. But My ways are redemptive. My thoughts are not like your thoughts, and my ways are not like your ways. The answer to your confined question is both, and more." "You have been given the ability to choose - to have free will. I have given you the greatest gift, the greatest talent and the greatest treasure because you are My most prized creation. You, My dearest love, are given the right to choose. You may choose life or death, but My hope is that you choose life so that you and your descendants may live. Unlike every other creation, I have given you the ability to stand in My presence. You get to choose to listen to Me or to disregard Me." "Trust me when I tell you that ALL creation will know who I am. My presence is undeniable. I am in the wind and the trees. I am in the rivers and valleys. I am in the springs that shoot forth from the ground, and I am in the clouds that rain down onto the earth. I am in the stillness of the night, and I am in the breaking of dawn. The whole world is My creation, and you, My beloved, are My masterpiece." "I gave you a mind to think. I gave you ears to hear and eyes to see. I gave you hands and feet to complete the work I have for you. I gave you the ability to smell the winds, to sense the changing of the seasons and to notice My fragrance. You are My perfect creation - splendidly designed in My image. You are made with the ability to sense My presence, and with the capacity to stand in My midst. I created you for the sole intention of worship." "Above all else, I long for intimacy with My perfect creation. I long to be reunited and intertwined with My love. My desire is for you to abide in Me, and Me to abide in you. Your praise and worship is our divine intercourse, our complete and perfect communion." "Do you not see how My adversary twists My Word?" He is toxic to the minds of My people. He speaks to the flesh and perverts the purity of our union. He attempts to alter My altar! I require a living and holy sacrifice, an aroma totally pleasing to Me. This is your true and proper worship. Yet, he attacks My most precious possession - your heart. He attempts to change the character and composition of our connection, our communion. When the world hears intercourse, they immediately assume perverted sexual desires. They attune their ear to the enemy. But I tell you, intercourse is essential to our union. It is the way I communicate with you, the way I commune with you. I search the hearts of people and seek for those pure in heart, strong in faith and hopelessly devoted to Me." "Can you hear my pounding heart?" "Do you know how much I love you?" I love you so much that I gave My one and only son as a living sacrifice for you. He is the purity ring I purchased as a promise to be true to you. He bore the sin for all mankind. He was pierced for your rebellion, and crushed for your sin. He shed his blood so that your sins could be covered, healed and fully forgiven. That is how much I love you! Jesus is the truth, the way and the life, and all who follow him will find Me." "I stand before you, on bent knee, and ask for your hand in marriage. Will you marry me? Will you accept Me as your one and only God? Will you be My bride?" "I am honorable and true. My love is patient and kind. My love will never run out, and I will never give up on you." "The choice is yours. While I am all powerful, I do not force Myself on you. I am a perfect, pure and gentle husband. I long for a bride who will come beneath Me. A bride who will lift Me up and raise My banner high. Oh, how I love you. Return to Me, and I will return to you." "You asked, "Do I hold on or do I let go?" I tell you this, the answer is both and more. Hold on to Me and never let go! Hold on to My Word and believe what it says. I spoke through the hearts of My people, and My Word does not come back void. Hold on to the resurrected Christ for He is your intercessor. He sits at My right hand and intercedes on your behalf. Hold on to My Spirit that was freely given to guide you into all truth. When I search for My bride, I look for Him." "Let go of the lies of the enemy. He twists My truth. If it is not peace, it is not from Me. Let go on needing control. The more you hold on to things you can not control, the harder your heart grows. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, with praise and thanksgiving, make your requests known to Me. Just be still and know that I am God. Let go of strife and malice and unforgiveness. It is the root of bitterness. Stop thrashing about in the enemy's snare. It is like quicksand to your soul. Yes, come to Me all who are weary and heavy-laden and I will give you rest." Somewhere between the moonlight and the sunlight, the Lord whispered in my ear, "You are butte-iful." Oh, how beautiful His voice was. Half-conscious, yet fully aware, I knew My Creator was near.
It has only been 7 days since the Lord told me He was looking for isolated, but steep platforms to be heard. He gave me a vision of buttes. It was the strangest thing! At first, I was like, "Lord, why are you showing me buttes?" Twenty years ago, my husband and I took an amazing vacation to Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon and Zion National Park. The landscape was breath-taking! That had been my only experience being around buttes. So, when he put the vision in my mind, I was taken aback. Why, Lord? Why are you showing me buttes? It was long after the vision that he gave me the meaning. On 1-11-20, I posted a blog called "Unusual Platforms", and this is what He said, “These platforms will be isolated hills with steep sides. On top of them will be men like Gideon. Those who lap THE LIVING WATER! They will act in alignment with the Spirit of God. Their full desire will be for the Lord's will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven. They will not stand on bended knee. They will posture themselves with heart on the ground. They will be fully submitted to the Lord. They will be courageous and have abundant faith! They will not cup their hands and follow customary ways. Their ways will be different than the typical cultural norms. They will feel misunderstood. They will alone, but they will look and see from a place of elevation. They will know they are united in Spirit. They will act at the same time, perfectly attuned to God's timing. They will watch with great sadness the scurrying about from those that are on the ground. The ones who respond with great confusion. Some on the ground will look up and see the peace that surpasses all understanding. Some on the ground will stand in awe with changed hearts. Most will perish.” With His Word in my mind, I began to wonder what I was supposed to do with this information. Then, one night while getting ready for bed, He said, "Ask Mo if you can speak at her conference." At first I pretended to not hear Him, but then I felt a need to press forward with His request. I stepped out of my comfort zone and contacted Mo to see if there was 5-10 minutes for me to share a prophetic word at her conference. “The conference is full”, she said, “but let me pray about it to see if God wants me to create space.” "Wonderful," I thought! I obeyed the Lord and did as he requested, so the burden was no longer on me. If He wants me to speak, He will make a way. If not, well, then why the heck did He have me call her in the first place? Regardless, whatever she decided would be between her and the Lord. Within a few days I received an email stating that I was on the agenda to speak for 5-10 minutes at the conference. Mo contacted me and said she prayed about it and the Lord said “yes”. Then, she apologized for only being able to provide 5-10 minutes. I expressed how grateful I was for the time she gave me, and then I thought to myself, “the Lord can do more in 5-10 minutes than mankind can do in a lifetime!” “You are butte-iful!”, He said in the sweetest voice I’ve ever heard. By stepping out in faith, I felt like I made my father proud. God is a good, good father! He longs for our obedience. He desires to have an intimate and loving relationship with children. He desires our hearts! This reminds me of another thing He told me this week, “It's hard for you to wrap your head around Me, but it is easy for you to wrap your arms around Me." Yes Father, I feel your presence. I love how you hold me in the palm of your right hand. I love how you lift me above my enemies. I love how you comfort me and protect me. I love to hear your voice. I love to see the visions that you give me. I love your teaching and your insight. Father, I trust you alone! I am forever yours!" I will share your words..."BE BUTTI-FUL" Amen and amen! “Again and again those false prophets lied to my people.
They said there would be peace, but there is no peace." Ezekiel 13:10 A nation divided against itself will not stand! I am calling out the TRUE prophets! Come out of your caves! Wipe the film from your eyes! Hear My Voice. It is a MIGHTY ROAR! Do not make Me stand up from My throne! Do not make me come and find you hiding in your room. There is job to be done! My nation has become complacent! My people are dying in a barren world. They look to each other for direction, but they are the blind leading the blind. There is no fruit to be had in the land. The water has run dry. They are spiritually stunted and their minds do not work right. They are dead in Spirit and walk like zombies. YOU WILL GET UP NOW! YOU WILL HEAR MY CALL! YOU WILL LISTEN TO MY VOICE! YOU WILL STAND AND DELIVER MY MESSAGE! YOU WILL OBEY MY COMMAND! Do not think that I have allowed you to live for your own worth! I have placed you according to MY will. Everything you have experienced it to serve Me. There are many false prophets among you. They tell lies and speak of wealth and prosperity to the dead! They promise fertility in barrenness. Their words and visions are an illusion. The land IS barren! There is no fruit to be had in this dead land! I AM THE GREAT I AM! I determine the course of life! I have set MY promise into action. MY SON IS THE WAY! He provides living water to the soul. He is the bread of life. He prepares your place at the table. He leads to the land of milk and honey. No one come to Me except through My son. YOU WILL DECLARE THE WAY! People will know that I AM both truth and grace. They will renounce their pride for humility. They will renounce their self-righteousness for My righteousness. They will REPENT and turn from their evil ways. They will declare Me as the Lord of Lord and King of Kings. This generation has gone astray. They have lost their way. They must turn from their sin and declare My holiness. My TRUE prophets will not lie! They will not make false promises! They will not declare prosperity when I have declared a suffering servant! "Why are you standing around looking at one another?" "Go down and buy enough grain to keep us alive. Otherwise we will die!" Genesis 42:1-2
This is such a father statement, isn't it? I can picture my husband looking at my three boys and saying the same thing when something important needs to get done. In laymen's terms, "Stop being a bunch of dumb-asses and get to work!" I believe our heavenly father is shouting out the same thing! "You have become a complacent nation. You are in a spiritual famine and your heart has grown barren. There is no living water or heavenly manna to sustain you in the land of barrenness. Now listen to Me, and GO where I have told you to go." Voice of the Lord "I have heard there is grain in Egypt." Genesis 42:1 "If you will listen, I will tell you where to go to find nourishment. I have prepared a place that has more than enough food and water to sustain you. But you must bring "ALL of your brothers" (Gen 42:3) Do not hold onto fear for no harm will come to you if you give Me ALL of your heart and ALL of your possession. I will not only give you a little food. I am preparing a feast to celebrate our reunion." Voice of the Lord I am calling My people
to come out of caves! I am calling My people to behave, like I am Your God that makes The Way! What do you think I see, when I look down from My throne? Do you think I'm pleased with the state of My home? I see towers and idols all around, built as high as the eye can see. But let me tell you this, My children of iniquity, The bigger they are, the harder they fall! These structures of yours will not stand! Why do you build your houses on sand? Do you not see the error of your ways? You call on Me and make your demands, but your body and soul and spirit are in decay! Foolish men, do you not know who I am? You pretend to know My Word, and you walk into buildings that advertise My name. But I say, "HOLLOW" be YOUR NAME! I will send My wind to beat against your house, My rain will come and the floods will flow. Your house on sand will crumble, Your house on sand will fall. I am the Father of ALL creation! I am the beginning and the end. Where is your reverence for Me? Your parent is more than your friend! I am concerned about your well-being, and happy is where I want you to be, but discipline and correction is needed for an everlasting life with Me. So put away your selfish endeavors, and destroy your icons of faith. Take off your adorned masks of deception, without Me you are nothing but crowned chaff! Stop listening to the gospel of icons, they preach "Do what makes you happy" and "Your obedience to me determines your wealth." Stop believing in those that teach from an over-inflated sense of self! That gospel speaks of riches, and mindsets of galore. That gospel's embedded in gluttony, and always wanting more. Oh My wandering believers, when will you ever stop? You puff up your chests to amuse your guests. It gets old quickly, does it not! Don't you know that everyone is made to worship? It's the way I made you to be. You will put yourself at the center, if you are not bowing down to Me. Seers and Believers,
I see buttes - an isolated hill with steep sides and a flat top (similar to but narrower than a mesa). Not 22,000. Not 10,000. But 300. The Lord is looking for platforms for He will be heard! These platforms will be isolated hills with steep sides. Most will perish. Have you ever seen a child
Head down in despair? Have you ever witnessed a women, Battered beyond repair? What about the broken man, Have you looked into his eyes? Taught to “Be a man” in public, But when alone he cries. What about the adulteress, Who is thrown away in shame, Have you paid attention to her accusers, The ones who throw stones and blame? Have you ever seen the demons That bind the human race? Fallen angels without a home Trying to make more space. Twisted truths they whisper, So loudly in your ear Like boas they silently wait To strangle you with fear The enemy manipulates Your thoughts to make you believe That God does not love you, And that “You are not worthy.” Defeated thoughts can stifle The person He created you to be, Dendrites of death That’s what toxic thoughts can be Vines from hell can pull us down into the Sodom of great sin; They take away our senses And kill us from within. The quicksand of condemnation Gets stronger when we thrash; Self-reliance and self-righteousness Is witchcraft at its best Thinking we can do all things In our own power, Leaves us open to be eaten When the lion comes to devour. It's not by force or by might That we overcome, It's reaching up and taking the hand of God the Father and Son. So when your drenched in darkness Feeling hopeless, cold and damp. Lift your eyes towards heaven And find the perfect lamp. Cry out to Jesus He’s the Light of the World! He will pierce into the darkness And the vines will be unfurled. Cry out to Yahweh He has a mighty hand With outstretched arm He redeems you From that distant land. Have faith that He loves you and with confident hope declare The God of all creation Made a way for you to be spared. He sent His son as an offering An atonement for your sin The blood of Jesus covers you When you believe in Him. Now be transformed by scripture For His Word is alive, Body from soul from spirit It separates and divides. Replace your your thoughts with His thoughts, And meditate on His Word, It’s the sword of the Spirit And cuts off what you heard. Instead of saying "I am worthless" or "I do not belong" Say “I am a child of God” and "With God, I am strong." "I have been redeemed" "My sins have been blotted out" These are the thoughts of God. So let go of condemnation and no longer doubt. The blood of Christ covers you, It's the price He chose to pay So that you could be forgiven and live with Him someday. We all get to choose to trust God and obey, or to listen to the liar and to live this life afraid. So when you collide with the enemy who tries to halt, Do not lose your flavor For you are God's favorite salt. Fix your thoughts on His thoughts, Those true, honorable, and right; They are pure, lovely, and admirable. And will give you new sight. Yes, think about these things That are excellent of praise. Our God is exalted and holy And it’s His banner we raise! Oh Holy Spirit
My heart calls out to you. Oh Holy Spirit Make me pure and true. Oh Holy Spirit Take my life and lead. Oh Holy Spirit You have set me free. Yes, you have given me new life. You have turned me from dust to gold. You have turned this brittle woman into one that is bold. I have passed through your fire, and I’ve lived to tell the tale, There is one who has saved me, from the pit of hell. In quiet desperation, I came face to face with my sin, chose to walk into the wilderness because I knew that you would win. What I thought would kill me, has only made me strong, You sent your angels to protect me, You showed me where I belong. Oh Holy Spirit You help me with my will. Oh Holy Spirit The demons you did kill. Oh Holy Spirit You help me with my will. Oh Holy Spirit The demons you did kill. Through the refiners fire, You melted me right down. You made the heat intense so I could no longer be bound. Your precious Spirit is molding me, a malleable form of gold, so that when I hear you speak, I will do as I am told. Oh Holy Spirit Oh, how I am drawn to you Oh Holy Spirit I cannot resist your pull Yes, Holy Spirit I can feel your force You pull your scattered pieces together to create a whole Your influence is endless the hearts of billions you have touched. Reaching into the depths of our seas, It's your hand that we can clutch. Your power is tremendous, it transforms us from inside out, our hearts of stone you turn into flesh. That’s what your all about! Oh Holy Spirit You are a magnet inside of me Oh Holy Spirit I am drawn to thee. All creation is made for My glory.
As far as the eye can see, What was, what is, and what will come to be, natural states of beauty, even the rocks cry out to Me. My Word sets things in motion, It declares what I see, My Word brings forth My thoughts and My imagination becomes reality. So when I send you My Word Attune your ear to Me. Block out the noises, attune your ear to Me, and listen intently. I often speak at night, When your mind and body are at rest, It’s usually the time, When you hear Me the best. Sometimes I speak in the morning, when the dawn begins to break, My Spirit joins with yours, And spontaneous songs we begin to make. In this present moment, You have heard My voice so clear. You will heed My command, And fear not your peers. What I told you a year ago, Is still very true today You will speak to wandering believers, the lost, lonely and afraid. You saw the vision clearly, when you desperately grabbed for My robe, The power that came out of Me, provided peace and hope. You heard my voice loudly, when I whispered from within, “I am wringing out My remnant, for one drop of My blood covers a multitude of sin.” I encouraged you for months, To stand and deliver My Word, And when the time was right, You opened your mouth and My Word was heard. You stepped into your greatness, when you humbled yourself at My throne, You wrote down everything I said, And did not change it to fit your own. Your sacrifice was pleasing, The offering was delicious to My nose, I smiled on My servant, when you trusted and arose. But the very next day you floundered, You fell flat on your face and broke, You took the bait of Satan, And added fire to the smoke. He used My servants to attack you, pride is an insidious sin, They didn’t even know, Lucifer had come in. He left his marks around you, but with spiritual eyes you could see, Deception and condemnation, that fruit was not from Me. My enemy makes great attempts to divert My perfect plan, He searches for your weakness, Then he tries to make a stand. But I Am the Great I Am, And he is a footstool to My feet, My right arm is all powerful, And with weighted fist I smash him down, and his attempts I delete. I am so proud of you, for you waited on Me to move you, To where I needed you to be, I strengthened your inner man, And you withstood the enemy! “You will know Me by my fruit” It’s what you needed to know, From My branches, you will see this fruit grow: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Now stop dragging your feet, I’ve made your mission clear, You are to speak to Wandering Believers, and tell them I am here. Teach them who they are, And show them who I am. Speak My truth in love, And gently encourage them to fear My commands. Be a light unto their feet, It will be a beacon of hope for some, Testify to My goodness And show them the narrow path to run. I have made you like Gideon, A child who questioned his own worth, Like him you saw yourself as lowly, and identified as weak from birth. Because you questioned your identity, you withered in the wind, You had great trouble believing in Me, But only because of sin. I extended to you My patience, and entertained your petty demands, You said, “If you are truly who you say you are, then show me a sign." So I waited for you to come to Me, and I made a miracle just for you, Your heart of stone was turned to flesh, and then you knew you knew. I am who I say I am, and I am faithful to you. Yet, you continued to question My Words, And My commands were met with new requests, So I continued to be patient, and showed you unfailing love and faithfulness. Finally, you accepted My directives, But you did My work at night, You tore down the alters and Asherah poles, yet you hid yourself from sight. Now the enemy has entered, He has crossed the threshing floor, He's here to devour the grain that has not been stored. It's time to stand and deliver, the message I have given to you. I have clothed you in My power, So you will do what I have told you to do! I have called you to raise My banner, For all the world to see That I can do the impossible With the lowliest of thee! You are a women of great valor, Your courage is stronger than most, Your faith has made you well, You are My perfect host. You can see the valley before you, It is full of dry bones, The souls of My people are parched, broken and alone. You will stand as My watchman, With anointing oil in your hand, I will pour out My Spirit And quench this wicked land. All who come to Me, Will find rest for their weary souls. No more anxiety and depression, I will break the enemy’s hold! When the hearts of My people, cry out from the wilderness to Me, I will show them my devotion, and break their captivity. So send forth My message And call for warriors to join My force, The ones who lap water from My spring, will also be My hosts. I do not need 22,000 who are anxious and afraid, I won’t stand for 10,000 if they seek prosperity and fame. The hosts I have called, will trust and obey. They will have trumpets and jars in hand, and will do exactly what I say. Each man will hold their position, they will be completely surrendered to Me, They will do as I instruct, and confuse the enemy! |
