On November 5th of 2020, this is what the Lord said to me,
“Babylon is coming, from the North.
You will be surprised by what is unearthed.
The United Nations will stake their claim
by building their house upon sand.
Monies exchanged will influence men,
and greed and gore will rip open the land.
Watch and see, what will come to be.
Carnality will succeed.
Humans will profane My great name,
and false prophecy will be exclaimed.
I will be taken out of government,
while the Tower of Babel is being rebuilt.
This time, I will allow men to destroy themselves,
and this time I will be bringing My judgment down.
You know me as the Lamb -
the Son of Man who came to redeem the world.
But you will see that I am King -
the Lion of Judah who will soon stake My claim!
You will have a time and a half to do My work,
and reconcile the hearts of men.
My ROAR will be heard all over the earth,
look and listen for My voice.
I am speaking in reverse.
The scroll is being unrolled,
to bring My Kingdom down from Heaven to earth.
No one knows the day or the hour -
Only the Father.
The harvest is ripe.
The workers are few.
Now get up and walk - and do My work!” (Get Up and Pick Up Your Mat)
I asked my Pastor what a time and half meant and he said, “One and a half years is 18 months. The number 18 in Hebrew is Chai and it means "To Come Alive". Not sure if that helps.”
So today on November 28th, 2020, I am writing this down to remind myself to look again in 1 and 1/2 years, during the month of May, 2022.
What could possibly happen then?
It doesn’t seem possible that we could be near the end.
I often wonder if my mind is playing tricks on me?
Could my imagination be telling its own story?
Maybe it’s possible that my addiction to scripture
is creating a mirage of what is to come.
But it seems so real when I’m spending time
conversing with the Lord.
It’s as if He is whispering in my ear
while leading me to understand his parables and revelation.
The year of 2020 brought so much clarity to who I am as a spirit being. At first it came as drops of rain, and then it expanding into a hail storm. Words began in December of 2019 right before The Year of Clarity. They came in the morning and dropped without warning, into my pen and onto my notepad.
Then I remember, in March of 2020, I asked the Lord to take His words away, right after Covid hit. At first it was cool to hear from Him, but then I realized that I would need to exhibit great submission.
What would the world think of me writing His warnings? What would people say when they heard me proclaiming the truth in love?
They would certainly think that I was crazy. I even thought I was!
And how would this affect my counseling business, or my job in the school district? What would they think if they saw my posts? Would they think I had gone off the deep end?
And what about my friends, or my family? Would they hate me? Would they disown me?
So the Lord honored my request, and for a short time, I did not hear from Him.
But then - I felt all alone. My world became quiet, and I broke down.
What had I done by choosing the fear of man over the fear of the Lord?
I repented and asked for God to forgive me. And I asked for even more humility. Help me Jesus to not worry about man. Help me Jesus to speak the truth in love.
The Lord immediately started to speak again, and I submitted myself fully under Him. Before the morning, His words were back, so I continued to write my blog, Breaking Strongholds.
At that time, lawlessness broke out, when a cop from Minnesota kneeled on George Floyd’s neck. An organization called BLM took the opportunity to raise their fist. They began dividing black and white people across America with a hidden mission to pursue sexual perversion, an assault on men, and a social governance of Marxism. We soon saw peaceful protests in the streets, turning into violent mobs who demanded justice.
Shortly after, we saw another violent outbreak, when the mob took over Portland. They issued an attack on the police, and once again, all in the name of social justice. It didn’t matter if it was black or white on the blue, the sole intent was to defund cops. Yes it is true we still have racism, where one color of skin seems to hate another. I just wish humans could stop looking at skin, and instead pay attention to the blood that runs through all of us.
At this time, the Lord gave me three poems that titled "Hanging in the Balance," "Magnetic Movement" and "Centrifuge." I’m still trying to figure them out, but I believe it has something to do with the center of the earth.
Oh my God! Holy Spirit - You did it again! I just looked up what this could mean. Wikipedia says, “In 1973, Andrew J. Woods, a physicist with Gulf Energy and Environmental Systems in San Diego, California, used a digital global map and calculated the coordinates on a mainframe system as 39°00′N 34°00′E, in modern-day Turkey, near the district of Kırşehir, Kırşehir Province, approx. 1,800 km north of Giza.” I can’t even begin to understand why the Lord continues to show me Turkey, and the possibility of a rising Caliphate.
So then, after writing these poems, we saw America divided in half, into the republicans and the democrats. I felt a demonic presence coming through the Media, Education and the Government, and it was real thick in the Democratic Party. This is when the Lord showed me "The Jezebel Cake" that I recorded in my blog on 9/16.
I also heard his "Roar" as he surveyed our land, and I heard him cry, “Oh, how the blood cries out!” Then he gave me a vision of the land, and I saw innocent blood shed from end to end.
Then I saw a Return event that happened in Washington, and it reminded me of what God said about the remnant. God gave me a vision in 2018 of the woman with blood who grabbed the hem of Jesus's robe. I heard him say, “I am wringing out my remnant for one drop of my blood covers a multitude of sin.”
So many Christians are rising up, ready to speak the truth in love as defenders of the faith. This was another call that I heard, in December of 2019. I heard you call your five-fold ministry instead of the church operating as a man of one. On March 11, 2020 the Lord gave me the poem, The World is MY Pulpit, and this is part of what he said, "Once again, they have made themselves a King! "One guy and his pulpit" has become the center of everything! Oh, how I grieve! Where is My body? (Where is my five-fold ministry?) Where are My apostles? Where are My prophets? Where are My pastors?
Where are My teachers? Where are My evangelists? The work of the ministry is not done by one. To edify the body and bring unity of faith everyone must come!
Then Jesus asked me to walk with him by writing poetic sermons as I followed him through the Book of Luke. During that time he showed me the East and said “this is the location from which I will come.” When I was done with Luke 24, you told me to prepare to open my mind. Then you directed me to the Book of Daniel through the prompting of a teaching by my pastor.
And this reminded me of Luke 12:49-59 that you gave me in March of 2020. "You can tell the weather patterns but you can’t tell the season of when the Lord is coming back” - “Do you not know I endured a terrible baptism?” “Don’t you see the division happening - between hard hearted men and the children of God?”
Then you reminded me of the warning you gave that described China, Italy and America. These three were given to me in March 2020, right before I asked you to stop giving me visions and dreams. You can read more about them in the blog entry titled, "The Wrath of God." Two of the countries were drowning in pride, but both came from two different kinds. China was following a communist dictator, while America had chosen a narcissistic ruler. Both were given authority to rule because of the culture and the people they served.
America, in particular, was described as "division of the dead who choose their pride instead of God" and Italy was described as "the land of the statutes of statues and the walking blind."
It wasn’t until the Summer of 2020 that I learned that Trump would find humility during the 2020 election. All men who turn to God’s sovereignty, through a heart of humility, will be restored and forgiven.
And thank you Jesus for forgiving me, it only took a moment to become sober-minded. I will no longer be afraid of man. I will pick up your cross and be long-suffering. And I will hold my sword and be a defender of the faith.
If I lose every person, then so be it. I choose to follow Jesus, the author and perfecter of my faith.
In October of 2020, I decided not to move forward alone in my faith. I made a Facebook Maranatha page that was based in Authentic faith through the Words, "Lord Come."
Believers who pursue the Word of God through solo scripture, would help me stay accountable; and just maybe I could be a blessing to them, by spurring on their faith, and encouraging them to walk boldly and confidently in their God-given gifts.
In the first chapter of Daniel 1, God spoke to me about the North. “Pay attention to the north, this is an area that Abraham did not set up an altar, but he did so from the East, west and south." You can learn more about what I wrote in the blog post called Daniel 1: The North.
Then, on November 1st, the Lord gave me vision of a rectangle of green that took the shape of a flag. And as if I blinked my eyes, the next scene was filled with a crescent moon with a single star.
I almost forgot about the vision, but later on in the day, the Lord brought it right back. I asked a friend, another Woman of God, what she thought. Later that evening, she called me back. She said, “green with a white crescent moon and a star represented the original Ottoman Empire. Then, not too long right after that, another woman in the group sent me the very same thing.
Then I saw a podcast on the Caliphate, and I immediately knew that I had to watch it.
Then yesterday, I learned even more about the last Imam - who is believed to be in hiding, which is called “occultation.”
This is when the Lord reminded me of a time and a half, and I wondered, “Will May of 2022 be the time of the rising caliphate?”
Is this when the 12th Imam will try to create his global kingdom?
Will we see a rebirth of the Ottoman Empire and the Islamic nation?
Then I saw an image of a giant statue, but this time it was a giant shadow.
Is the twelver state actually an occult, that stands between the background and the foreground? Have the 12 sons of Ishmael, and the 12 Imams, attempted to block the light that only comes from God? Has Satan devised a plan for them to stand between God and the sons of Jacob? Has the truth been intricately twisted, so that it almost looks the same?
I believe we will see the Muslim nation growing in size, right before our very own eyes.
The beheading we saw in France is just a small taste of what people of the Christian faith can expect. We will see persecution rising up, even from the ones who call themselves Christians of love.
I believe we will see something resurrecting out of Turkey, and I believe they will be aided by the country of Iran. The North and the East of Jerusalem is where the Lord is telling me to look.
I also believe the United Nations will add powder to the Islamic gun. I keep hearing in my ear, “Do not trust them."
And all the while, America will proudly sit on their hands and smile, because they lack spiritual discernment. And if they speak, many will make it about American pride, instead of paying attention to the Middle East and the Land of Jacob.
The Lord says, “pay attention to magnetic magnitude and centrifuge. There is something churning and turning at the center of the earth.” And it feels like radiation or radioactivity is seeping out.”
The Lord took me back to the poems that I wrote but did not understand. In June 4th and June 6th of 2020, he gave me substance that I knew had meaning. It is only now that I see what the center of the earth actually means. I also now get what he meant when I said, “The outer spinner rotates around the inner spinner, but in the opposite direction. It opposes the first and is full of objection. The second is stubbornly slower than the first, but it is driven by ambitious thirst. It's mission is to oppose the inside light, and it does this by highlighting humanity’s plight. I see spinning wheels and the clicking of heels, and witchcraft veiling the truth revealed. I see confusion and illusion all around. I see stories being twisted by those who are allowed. I see denial and demise, and penetrating lies. I see hate and crime, and suspicious spies.” “I see friction in prediction, and contra indication. I see weak conviction and intense adulteration. I see redefinition and rationalization. I see magnetic pulls and devastation. I see bending down to iniquities, but I also see millions of hearts being set free. I see a dividing of souls, a plum line of sorts. A boundary that is divided by what it exhorts. I hear “Hemoglobin” and see crimson and white. I see gasping for breath, and oxygen taken from life. I see the bending of waves putting people in graves. I hear a crying generation wondering how it became enslaved. I see the angel telling Joseph to take Jesus and go, I hear “hide in Egypt until the blowing over of smoke.” “For the one who is opposed is coming for him, and he’s doing it through people like Herod the king.” “When all is safe, he will bring you back, to expose the truth and shout victorious!” “But in the midst of the twisted-ness, he is growing up the bold and courageous.” I see Satan stepping in with a big grin, firmly committed to suffocating men. I see super smart, slippery schemes playing off the loftiness of men’s dreams. In an effort to grab onto hope, the oppressed and possessed will reach out to grab Satan's rope. But when they pull, the truth will be revealed. He will laugh in their face and say, “Look at how easily you yield.” He will then look at Jesus and point down at you, and say, “This man is a fraud! He never knew you!” Jesus will know just what to say, when the accuser of the brethren makes his final play. In the heavenly court, where all are people are judged, Jesus will ask you, “How much did you trust?” "How much faith did you have?"
Before transitioning to Daniel Chapter 5, let me first summarize Chapters 1 through 4. It appears that Daniel the Jew served King Nebuchadnezzar for 43 years, from 605 BC to 562. He was indoctrinated into the Babylonian culture and made the chief magician of the land, but he held firm to his beliefs about the Most High God. During those days, Daniel grew in reputation and favor, much like Joseph did when he was sold into slavery and brought to Egypt. Daniel was not the only one taken into captivity, many men from Judaean nobility were indoctrinated as well. Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah were probably Daniel's closest friends, and they were renamed Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego after Babylonian gods. All had abundant wisdom, and all had many skills, but Daniel had the special ability to interpret the meanings of visions and dreams.
King Nebuchadnezzar was described as being terrified and afraid of his dreams, and he sought out sorcerers to bring healing to his head. But only Daniel, as a vessel for God, was able to bring peace unto him. This ability to soothe a tormenting spirit also reminds me of David when he played the harp for King Saul. The gift of interpretation enabled Daniel to minister to the king, about the Most High God who lives in Heaven. When Daniel would reveal what his frightening dreams meant, the king would recognize God's greatness.
There are two dreams, described in Daniel Chapter 2 and Chapter 4, that almost caused Nebuchadnezzar to go striking mad. The first was about a giant statue of a man, and the second was about a tree of vitality that was cut down by a messenger of God.
The first dream, revealed in Daniel Chapter 2, is about a huge shiny statue, of a man, whose hardness goes up and his value goes down. His head of fine gold fades into silver at the arms and chest, and then turns into bronze at the belly and the thighs. The legs were made of iron, and the feet consisted of iron mixed with baked clay, and scripture says "the mixture of of iron and clay shows that these kingdoms will try to strengthen themselves by forming alliances with each other through intermarriage. But they will not hold together, as iron and clay do not mix." Daniel 2:42-43
In the dream, the king stood, and watched the statue crumble to it's defeat, as a rock that was cut from a mountain, not by human hands, was thrown at the feet. In my mind, I saw a spiritually dead person who developed there own earthly kingdom as an image of the statue man, and I immediately thought about Genesis 3:15, “And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel.” When they statue crumbled onto the threshing floor, so did every man and earthly kingdom that operated without the fear of the Lord. "Then the wind blew them away without a trace, like chaff on a threshing floor. But the rock that knocked the statue down became a great mountain that covered the whole earth."
What a great and terrible dream that must have been, to see what is described in Joel Chapter 2:1-11, "Blow the ram’s horn in Zion; sound the alarm on My holy mountain! Let all who dwell in the land tremble, for the Day of the LORD is coming; indeed, it is near--a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and blackness. Like the dawn overspreading the mountains a great and strong army appears, such as never was of old, nor will ever be in ages to come. Before them a fire devours, and behind them a flame scorches. The land before them is like the Garden of Eden, but behind them, it is like a desert wasteland - surely nothing will escape them. Their appearance is like that of horses, and they gallop like swift steeds, With a sound like that of chariots they bound over the mountaintops, like the crackling of fire consuming stubble, like a mighty army deployed for battle. Nations writhe in horror before them; every face turns pale. They charge like mighty men; they scale the walls like men of war. Each one marches in formation, not swerving from the course. They do not jostle one another; each proceeds in his path. They burst through the defenses, never breaking ranks. They storm the city; they run along the wall; they climb into houses, entering through windows like thieves. Before them the earth quakes; the heavens tremble. The sun and moon grow dark, and the stars lose their brightness. The LORD raises His voice in the presence of His army. Indeed, His camp is very large, for mighty are those who obey His command.
For the Day of the LORD is great and very dreadful."
Daniel told Nebuchadnezzar that the dream is true and it’s meaning is trustworthy. And this reminded me of what Jesus said to John in Revelation Chapter 21 when He showed him Mount Zion coming down. "Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared. And the sea was also gone. And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, “Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever. And the one sitting on the throne said, “Look, I am making everything new!” And then he said to me, “Write this down, for what I tell you is trustworthy and true.” And he also said, “It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega - the Beginning and the End. To all who are thirsty I will give freely from the springs of the water of life. All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and they will be my children. “But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liars—their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”
The dream interpretation also made me think of Hebrews 12, when the author reminds the faithful to listen to God. He says "to the assembly of God’s firstborn children whose names are written in Heaven; to Jesus, the one who mediates the new covenant of forgiveness through his sprinkled blood." And all of this happens on the Mount Zion where the heavenly city of Jerusalem is located. It is said that "when God spoke from Mount Sinai His voice shook the earth but now he makes another promise. Once again I will shake not only the earth but the heavens - all of creation will be shaken and removed so the only unshakable things remain.” Hebrews 12:28 says, “since we are receiving a kingdom that is unshakable, let us be thankful and please God by worshiping him with holy fear and awe. For our God is a devouring fire.”
Isn't it beautiful how God gives everyone a chance to be saved from the Valley of the Shadow of Death? Perhaps the purgatory that Catholics speak of is actually our life, here on this earth? From what I read, our time on this earth seems to be the testing place that confirms our faith, before being established to a life of eternity, or to a second eternal death.
So, let me get back to the dream. It’s hard to believe that in Daniel chapter 3, Nebuchadnezzar built a gold statue of himself despite Daniel's interpretation of the gold-headed statue in Chapter 2. The statue he made stood 90 feet tall and he sent a decree to the people of all races, nations and languages across the land to bow down when they heard the sound of music pouring out. But Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refused to worship him or his gods, so Nebuchadnezzar became furious, and commanded that they be thrown into a blazing furnace.
The king jumped with amazement when he looked and saw four men unbound, walking around in the fire unharmed, and the fourth look like a God.” Immediately the king demanded that they be released, and was astonished to see the three come out in one piece. They walked out of the furnace without a slight burn, not a hair on their head was singed. Their clothing was not scorched, and they did not even smell like smoke. The king of Babylon then acknowledged their God as a great rescuer of men; and he even promoted them to higher positions in the province of Babylon. But Nebuchadnezzar still did not submit to God's full authority probably because the Mesopotamian religion was polytheistic. With over 2,000 deities, it probably did not register that there was only one true God.
The second dream Nebuchadnezzar had is told in Daniel chapter 4, and this dream totally frightened him. Yet, it was transformative. The king saw a tree. A tree that was lush green - vibrant, thriving and promising. It’s branches produced the most nourishing fruit, and it's leaves provided shade for the animals from intense heat. The king was totally at peace while admiring the tree until he saw a messenger come down from Heaven. The messenger shouted “cut down the tree and lop of its branches, shake off its leaves and scatter its fruit! Chase the animals from its shade, and the birds from its branches. But leave the stump and its roots in the ground, bound with a band of iron and bronze and surrounded by tender grass. Now let him be drenched with the dew of Heaven, and let him live with the animals of the field among the plants of field. For 7 periods of times, let him have the mind of a wild animal instead of the mind of a human. For this has been decreed by the messengers (watchers); it is commanded by the holy ones, so that everyone may know that the Most High rules over the kingdoms of the world. He gives them to anyone he chooses, even to the lowliest of people.” Daniel 4:14-17
Once again, the king called for Belteshazzar, originally known as Daniel, to interpret the meaning of it. Upon hearing the dream Daniel was overcome for a time, frightened by the meaning. But the king encouraged him not to be afraid and to proceed with the interpretation. Daniel replied it was a foreshadow of what was to come - that King Nebuchadnezzar would be driven from human society and would live in the fields with the wild animals. He told the king that he would eat grass like an ox, and would be drenched with the dew of heaven for seven periods of time. Then Daniel pleaded with his Majesty, and said “Please except my advice stop singing and do what is right break from your wicked past and be merciful to the poor perhaps you will continue to prosper.”
Twelve months later, while the king was walking on his roof top of his royal place, admiring the city that was built by his own power, a voice called down from heaven - "O King Nebuchadnezzar, this message is for you! You are no longer ruler of this kingdom." "That same hour the judgment was fulfilled, and Nebuchadnezzar was driven from human society." Daniel 4:33
Daniel 4 ends with the Babylonian king regaining his sanity. After 7 periods of time, which was probably 7 years, the king looks to Heaven to acknowledge the Most High God. Scripture says in Daniel 4:34-35, "I praised and worshipped the Most High and honored the one who lives forever. His rule is everlasting, and his kingdom is eternal. All the people of the earth are nothing compared to Him. He does as he pleases among the angels of heaven and among the people of the earth. No one can stop him or say to him, "What do you mean by doing these things?" Nebuchadnezzar was reinstated as the King when he learned that the Most High God is able to humble the proud.
As I laid my eyes on Daniel Chapter 5, I noticed that it begins with the words, “Many years later King Belshazzar gave a great feast for 1,000 of his noble men, and he drank wine with them.” So I had to know, how many years later did Belshazzar become king, after Nebuchadnezzar died, and what happened in between?
I found out through an internet search that Belshazzar became king in the year 553 BC, nine years after Nebuchadnezzar died. In between there were four other Babylonian kings , and two of them were assassinated. The four were named Evil-Marodach, Neriglissar, Laborosarchad, and Nabonidus - who reigned until he was taken over by Darius the Mede. But it’s interesting to note that nowhere in history, according to my Google search, is Darius recognized as becoming the king, except in the Book of Daniel. Everywhere else the history books say that Cyrus the Great became king when Persian empire conquered them. And it appears, just from skipping ahead, that King Cyrus of Persia is not even mentioned until Daniel Chapter 10.
Could the Medes and the Persians be the feet of the statue that appeared in Nebuchadnezzar’s dream? Who are the modern day Medes and Persians anyway?
I just looked it up. Medes is present day Iran and Persia is too. We’re they one in the same? Why are they separated in the Bible? So I did a deeper dive and it appears that the Medes and the Persians were two different Iranian people groups. It appears the Medes were ruled first, until Cyrus the Great led an uprising against his grandfather, the Median King. And this is when the empire changed from the Median Empire to the Persian Empire, also known as the Achaemenid Empire.
So the Holy Spirit has been guiding me to pay attention to the North and to the East. I firmly believe that my assignment on this earth is to stand guard as a watchman. He gave me a vision on the boardwalk in 2016 - where He lifted me from the pit, walked me to the tent, and opened the door - to the brightest of lights. In my vision I became a part of it, and it felt so transcendent. Before I knew it, I was back on the boardwalk dressed in warriors clothes, with a sword in hand. I was placed on the right side of the boardwalk, facing the East. I knew in my heart, without a doubt, that my job was to stand guard over the swamp. About a year later, the Lord gave me another vision, this time I was standing on a watchtower, as it was swiftly being built. I looked over a valley of dry bones, and felt the breath of a demon. In my vision, I saw a dog that had the characteristics of a spider. I rebuked it and told it to leave, using the authority of Jesus's name, and it went away. Some of you may think I am completely crazy, no doubt, I thought it myself! But the more my eyes go to and fro, taking in every Word of God, I become more and more grounded in my faith, and become more sure of what my purpose is on this earth.
Also let me just mention that when I was doing poetic sermons of the Book of Luke, the Lord showed me the Israelites entering the promised land from the East of Jordan to the West Bank. This is also the direction that Jesus came, when he came down from the Mount of Olives into the city of Jerusalem. "East of Jerusalem" has been coming up for me, as has the “North of Jerusalem." Jerusalem is the location, and "east" and "north" of it are the directions that I am to look.
The current Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran mandates that the official religion of Iran is Shia Islam, and 85% believe in the Twelver faith. The term "Twelver" refers to its adherents' belief in twelve divinely ordained Muslim leaders, known as the 12 Imams. They believe that the last Imam, a messianic figure known as the Mahdi - a cultivated male descendant of the Islamic Prophet Muhammed - has already been born and went into hiding. And one day, when he emerges, he will establish a global Islamic state. The hiding is known as occultation.
I just found out on Wikipedia, that "an occultation is an event that occurs when one object is hidden by another object that passes between it and the observer. The term is often used in astronomy, but can also refer to any situation in which an object in the foreground blocks from view an object in the background." I also learned that "the word occult has its roots in the Latin occultus, meaning “hidden or secret.” It does not surprise me one bit, that Satan would twist God's truth, and prescribe a pill, based off the birth of Ishmael, to shadow the 12 sons of Israel.
What a scary thing to think - that this supernatural, spiritual belief could be the bones of the statues feet. Honestly, I do not know for sure, but I am thankful for God's Word and Holy Spirit to guide me into all truth.
Lord, help me to see. Please continue to increase my faith. My only desire is to walk with you, into the truth, and to show your love, to all people groups.
This morning I decided to take a break from Daniel to acknowledge the letter of Jude. Holy Spirit led me here after reading a Facebook post that said, "May God's mercy, peace and love cascade over you. Jude 1:2" I thought, "What a beautiful word to hear so early in the day" but then Holy Spirit nudged me and said, "That is the greeting I extend to prepare hearts and minds to hear the truth."
So like a good student who has learned to listen, I followed His lead with obedience. I looked to the prophets of the Old Testament and wondered where the Book of Jude was. I stumbled around for just a minute, then Holy Spirit said, "It's the last book of the New Testament right before John's revelation." So I flipped to Jude, with eager intent, expecting to hear a new revelation - and that is exactly what Holy Spirit did.
In between the greeting and the salutation of Jude, which abundantly expresses God's beautiful grace, was the truth - the danger of false teachers and a call to remain faithful. Jude, my brother in Christ; another slave to the King of Righteousness and the Father of Forgiveness. Oh, how I wish Jude and I were standing face to face. I would tell him I understand how hard it is to be a slave of God - having to speak the truth in love despite what the world says. Being a follower of Christ is not following the sugar-coated message that so many these days seem to proclaim. Being a servant of the Lord is hard which is why I now understand why my life verse is Hebrews 12. It requires patient endurance and long-suffering, and constant correction through divine alignment and a spirit of humility. It requires a child-like faith that no man can take, and a willingness to keep our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. It is true - no discipline is enjoyable while it is happening. In fact, it is very painful. But afterward there will be a peaceful harvest on the Mountain of Zion - where the heavenly city of Jerusalem has established God's firstborn children whose names are written into the Book of the Lamb.
This morning I am in awe, just as I was before, when I saw how many times David wrote about God's unfailing love and faithfulness in his poems and songs recorded in the Book of Psalms. "Grace" and "Truth" have the same meanings as "Unfailing love" and "faithfulness." Let me show you what I mean:
John 1:14 says, "the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth." John 1:17 says, "For the law was given through Moses, but God's grace and truth came by Jesus Christ." The Greek word for "grace" is "charis" which means "good will, loving kindness and favor" and "a Holy Spirit influence that turns a person to Christ and strengthens them in their faith." When "grace" is translated into Hebrew it is the word "checed" which means "goodness and mercy and faithfulness"; "to take pity on a wretched thing." How beautiful is this? Isaiah 64:6 says, "we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away." Yet, God shows mercy on us because while we remain unfaithful, he remains faithful.
The Greek word for "truth" is "alethia" which objectively means "respecting God and the execution of his purposes through Jesus Christ, and opposing the superstitions of the Gentiles and the inventions of the Jews, and the corrupt opinions and precepts of false teachers even among Christians." Subjectively, "alethia" means "to seek the truth; a candor of mind which is free from affection, pretense, simulation, falsehood and deceit." The Hebrew word for "truth" is "emith" which means to remain stable and firm in God's faithfulness - a true doctrine of testimony and judgment that stems from divine instruction. And get this - the root word for "emith" is "Aman" - a final declaration of belief that says "so be it."
The words written by Jude, a true servant of the Lord, is a beautiful book that speaks to God's grace and truth, and it's perfectly placed towards the end of scripture. I know that I will never forget it!
When Jesus unveiled the scripture to his disciples, the followers of the Way, found in Luke 24:44, He said this, "These are my words, which I spoke to you being still with you, that all things having been written concerning Me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms, must be fulfilled." This is also confirms for me what is written in Hebrews 12 when the writer says, "Make sure that no one is immoral or godless like Esau, who traded his birthright as the firstborn son for a single meal. You know that afterward, when he wanted his father's blessing, he was rejected. It was too late for repentance, even though he begged with with bitter tears." Hebrews 12:16-17
Modern-day society calls evangelical Christians "conservative and right-wing" because they hold fast to the truth and do not want to change it. I declare that any Christian who does not believe in evangelism is not a true follower of Christ at all. Jesus's final words was to go and make fishers of men. His final word was not to twist the truth by loving all men through social justice and political reformation. It was "to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the the age." Matthew 28:19 Humanity often gets it wrong because we rely on our own wisdom. We allow pride to fill our eyes and we attempt to rationalize our own truths. We often forget what Jesus said, "teach them to obey everything I have commanded."
Jude - oh, beautiful Jude. How wonderfully you declare the truth! I, too, am much like you! I planned to write about salvation through God's mercy and grace, but the Lord has pressed upon me something else. Holy Spirit continues to press on me the urgency to defend the faith that God has entrusted to us - his Holy people. I say this because ungodly people have wormed their way into our churches, saying that God's marvelous grace allows us to live immoral lives. The condemnation of such people was recorded long ago, for they have denied our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ. Jude 1:4
In the past, cities who condoned immorality and sexual perversion were destroyed by fire as a warning of the eternal fire of God's judgment. Jude 1:7
In the same way, these people who claim authority from their dreams - who live immoral lives, defy authority, and scoff at supernatural beings. But even Michael, one of the mightiest of the angels, did not dare accuse the devil of blasphemy. He simply said, "The Lord rebukes you!" Jude 1:8-9 This is surely one of the things I find very interesting today. So many self-proclaimed prophets who scream and shout at the devil, "in the name of Jesus, get out." Then I think of King Nebuchadnezzar who was given the mind of an ox until he found favor with God. Jude 1:10-11 says, "Like unthinking animals, they do whatever their instincts tell them, and so they bring about their own destruction. What sorrow awaits them! For they follow the footsteps of Cain, who killed his brother. Like Balaam, they deceive people for money. And like Korah, they perish in their rebellion."
Jude continues to talk about "shameless shepherds who only care about themselves - they are like clouds blowing over the land without giving any rain. They are like trees in autumn that are doubly dead, for they bear no fruit and have been pulled up from the roots." Pride can absolutely look like love when a Christian does not share the truth. It's a permissive way to tolerate the spirit of Jezebel while trying to keep one foot connected the Spirit of God.
Finally, after speaking against false teachers and prophets, Jude reminds the apostles of Christ to follow the Spirit of Truth by upholding God's character of both mercy and grace.
"But, dear friends, remember what the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ foretold. They said to you, “In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own ungodly desires.” These are the people who divide you, who follow mere natural instincts and do not have the Spirit. But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life. Be merciful to those who doubt; save others by snatching them from the fire; to others show mercy, mixed with fear—hating even the clothing stained by corrupted flesh. To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy - to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen." Jude 1:17-25
While the assignment the Lord has given to the members of the body may be different, the message must remain the same - the Truth in Love must be spoken for that is what the HEAD of the Church says.
"Daniel chapter 4 is about a tree -
a tree so tall, so great and grand,
that every eye could see.
It’s branches - strong and mature.
It’s leaves - lush and green.
It’s fruit - vibrant and nourishing.
It’s presence - hopeful and promising.
In Daniel 4, the tree represents
the King of Babylon
who ruled on the earth
during the Golden Kingdom,
but my guess
is that it goes much deeper
than this -
could the tree also be
a symbol for humanity?
A humanity who was ejected
from the Garden of Eden
and later destroyed
by the great flood,
only to return
and build the Tower of Babel
under the direction of Nimrod?
Nimrod was the original ruler of Shinar,
which is the ancient city of Babylon.
He was first mentioned in Genesis 10,
in the scripture called “The Table of Nations”
Nimrod was a great grandson of Noah
who came from the line of Ham.
It’s interesting to note
that the Hebrew meaning of Nimrod
a person who goes against God.
But its also interesting to see
was to be a Great Hunter,
the best there ever was!
It’s strange to think
of the possibility
that this kind of hunter
can tell that scent of a man -
and bring out the rebellion in him.
The Holy Spirit did it again!
I am in awe of His wisdom
and so thankful
that I am finally
on the good side of Him!
His Spirit brings
so much illumination to His Word.
Can you imagine?
Babylon actually working for God!
And the spirit of this mighty hunter
is still on the hunt
to bring out
the rebellion of men.
without the approval of God!
No host of heaven
has dominion -
not even the prince of the world,
the earthly beast - the dragon!
So I asked God,
"How does this spirit do this?"
"How does the spirit of Babylon
get a body of humans,
from many different ages,
and many different nations,
and many different kingdoms,
to come together as one body -
a gathering of United Nations,
to rebel against the Most High God?
And the Lord showed me Genesis 11
"This is exactly how it’s done."
We see a united human race,
under the guise
of unity and peace,
to erect a building
in an attempt to reach
the Heavenly place.
The human desire to be like God
is what leads their minds and hearts.
Their pride is the mortar
that binds them together,
and their hardened hearts
are the bricks of baked clay.
The Lord says,
"I see the intent of the heart.
I know the light from the dark.
I see dead men working hard,
to build their own kingdom,
on their own foundation.
But it won't last long.
Unless they fall on their face,
and seek My mercy and grace,
they will be defamed."
Could it be true?
Is it possible that the statue
of the human being
seen in Nebuchadnezzar dream,
is really a vision
of a rebellious humanity?
Could the changing of metals
turning into minerals,
from gold to silver to bronze,
slowly fading and decaying
into iron and baked clay,
be the withering away
of the human race?
Could the stone being cut
from the mountain,
not made by human hands,
discussed in Daniel Chapter 2,
be God in the flesh,
coming down from Heaven,
to bring His power and might
into the earth,
to cause humanity to fall on it's face,
and understand the true essence of God?
Could the statue be
who has made a false image of himself?
Could the number of the beast be 666?
A completed false image
covered in silver and gold -
a spiritually dead man
who believes he's alive?
Is it possible
that the threshing floor
is filled with human chaff
that will disappear in the wind?
Is this revelation
true and trustworthy?
I believe it is.
The Lord has given me
the scripture Luke 12:49-59
as a sign of the time.
He came to endure
a terrible baptism,
and He is in the process
of dividing men.
Sadly, we will see
the division happening
in our own families,
and with our own friends.
the Lord has been giving me warning
about the heart and soul
behind the United Nations.
Honestly, I know nothing about them.
But I hear God saying,
"Do not trust them,
even though it appears
that they are bringing
peace and prosperity
into the land ."
since we are talking about humanity,
we are probably a branch of this tree -
so we should be careful
of making ourselves
a king or a queen of prosperity.
is part of the human flesh -
it's easy to get tangled
in this web of deceit.
become a humble servant
and follow in the footsteps
of Jesus Christ.
Pick up His cross
and walk forward for Him.
Remember, the king's dream
turned from peaceful to frightening,
in an instant.
the Most High God came,
and cut down the tree,
right at its stump,
and left the roots in the ground.
The branches fell
and destroyed what lied beneath,
and the lush leaves withered away.
The animals ran and lost their shade,
and the fruit fell from the tree and decayed.
Feast became famine;
and peace begot war;
health became plagued
and virgins became whores.
“All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
a light from the shadows shall spring;
renewed shall be blade that was broken,
and the crownless again shall be king.”
“In the visions I saw while lying in bed, I looked, and there before me was a holy one, a messenger, coming down from heaven. He called in a loud voice: ‘Cut down the tree and trim off its branches; strip off its leaves and scatter its fruit. Let the animals flee from under it and the birds from its branches. But let the stump and its roots, bound with iron and bronze, remain in the ground, in the grass of the field. “ ‘Let him be drenched with the dew of heaven, and let him live with the animals among the plants of the earth. Let his mind be changed from that of a man and let him be given the mind of an animal, till seven times pass by for him. “ ‘The decision is announced by messengers, the holy ones declare the verdict, so that the living may know that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes and sets over them the lowliest of people."
Daniel 4:13-17 NIV
The holy one
who came from heaven
said leave the stump
and the roots in the ground,
and bind it with a band
of iron and bronze,
and surround it with tender grass,
so that it can be drenched
with the dew of heaven.
Let the man who rebels against God,
live with the wild animals
among the plants of the fields,
for seven periods of time,
and let him have the mind of wild animals
instead of the mind of humans.
And after the set time,
while alive on this earth,
that man will have to make a choice.
Will he turn His eyes to Heaven
and acknowledge the Most High God?
Will he accept God’s mercy and grace
and accept the blood of Christ
through a repentant heart?
Or will he continue to live with the oxen,
pretending to be an animal like them,
and choose to be his own representative,
standing alone before Christ,
to advocate for himself,
for the sins he committed
while living in the flesh,
upon the earth?
Do you not know
that every knee will bow.
Every man of every nation will stand
in the heavenly court
of the Most High God,
and Satan will be there,
as the accuser of men.
But for God's holy people,
who have hired Jesus
as their advocate,
they will receive a verdict
of "Not Guilty"
and the promise is this -
because the blood of the Lamb
has blotted out all of our sin,
we will stand before the Lord,
not as crimson red,
but as white as snow.
We know through John’s Revelation,
that every person of the world
is NOT written into the Lamb’s Book of Life.
Many will perish
because of their rebellion,
under the false pretense
of peace and prosperity,
and a genuine love for humanity.
Revelation 13:8 says,
"All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast - all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world."
Revelation 20:10 says,
"And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever." And Revelation 20:15 says, "Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire."
Daniel 4:26-27 says,
“The command to leave the stump of the tree with its roots means that your kingdom will be restored to you when you acknowledge that Heaven rules. Therefore, Your Majesty, be pleased to accept my advice: Renounce your sins by doing what is right, and your wickedness by being kind to the oppressed. It may be that then your prosperity will continue.”
We see in Daniel 4:34-37
that even the King of Babylon
gains reverential fear of the Lord
through great humility,
“At the end of that time, I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes toward heaven, and my sanity was restored. Then I praised the Most High; I honored and glorified him who lives forever. His dominion is an eternal dominion; his kingdom endures from generation to generation. All the peoples of the earth are regarded as nothing. He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven and the peoples of the earth. No one can hold back his hand or say to him: “What have you done?” At the same time that my sanity was restored, my honor and splendor were returned to me for the glory of my kingdom. My advisers and nobles sought me out, and I was restored to my throne and became even greater than before. Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and exalt and glorify the King of heaven, because everything he does is right and all his ways are just. And those who walk in pride he is able to humble.”
May this poem be a blessing
to the hearts of all who read it.
I pray the Lord will open your ears to hear it.
Yesterday I was looking at a post that was about the politics of "us vs. them." I hate to say it, but I am in total agreement. There is a division happening throughout the land. But while some believe it's about Democrats and Republicans, the Lord is showing me a completely different kind of plan. The Lord gave me warning in March of 2020, and took me to Luke Chapter 12, verses 49-59, as an indicator for this very time.
"Do you think I have come bring peace to the earth? No, I have come to divide people against each other." He then proceeds to tell how this will happen. He says, "Families will be split apart, three in favor of me, and two against. Fathers will be divided against son and son against father; mother against daughter and daughter against mother; and mother-in-law against daughter-in-law."
It breaks my heart to see any division happening, and it's scary to think that Jesus would want any of this to happen. But since the poem "2020 - The Year of Clarity" the Lord has been revealing to me that pruning is happening. A tree that does not bear fruit nor faithfully reproduce - will be cut down and dug up at it's roots; but the tree that bears spiritual fruit will remain rooted in His love.
Today, I received another Word from God. He said, "Compare 1 John 4 to Chapters 12 and 13 in Revelation. This is where you will see the difference between the children of God and people of the World." So, I followed Holy Spirit instructions.
1 John 4 says,
"Dear friends, do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many false prophets in the world. This is how we know if they have the Spirit of God: If a person claiming to be a prophet acknowledges that Jesus Christ came in a real body, that person has the Spirit of God. But if someone claims to be a prophet and does not acknowledge the truth about Jesus, that person is not from God. Such a person has the spirit of the Antichrist, which you heard is coming into the world and indeed is already here. But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. Those people belong to this world, so they speak from the world's viewpoint, and the world listens to them. But we belong to God, and those who know God listen to us. If they do not belong to God, they do not listen to us. That is how we know if someone has the Spirit of truth or the spirit of deception."
So, here is what I learned about God in this passage. There are two kinds of spirits in this world. The Spirit of Truth which comes from God, and the spirit of deception which comes from the Antichrist. The Spirit of God testifies to Jesus Christ as God himself coming to earth, in a real body - who was born, died, resurrected and is coming back again!
The spirit of deception, on the other hand, denies that God himself lived as a man. The children of God understand that God has already overcome this world, and believe that the Spirit who lives in them is greater than the spirit who lives in the world. And sadly, the people who belong to this world, speak from the world's point of view and they listen to each other's worldly perspectives. The people of God listen to the people of God because they know that the Holy Spirit lives inside of them.
Revelation 12 also speaks to this. The dragon, known as Satan, waged war against God in Heaven, and Michael and his angels forced Satan and his angels out, and they were thrown to earth. The dragon "is the deceiver of the whole world, and he accuses the brethren before God day and night." But the children of God defeat Satan by the blood of the lamb and by their testimony of Jesus himself. Revelation 12:17-18 says, "And the dragon was angry at the woman and declared war against the rest of her children-all who keep God's commandments and maintain their testimony for Jesus. Then the dragon took his stand on the shore beside the sea."
Revelation 13 addresses the Beast of the Sea and the Beast of the Earth, and how they both come to gain power and control over all of humanity. I spoke more about this yesterday, in my poem on Daniel 3, so for today, I will focus in on this:
"And the beast was allowed to wage war against God's holy people and to conquer them. And he was given authority to rule over every tribe and people and language and nation. And all the people who belong to this world worshiped the beast. They are the ones whose names were NOT written in the Book of Life that belongs to the Lamb who was slaughtered. Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand. Anyone who is destined for prison will be taken to prison. Anyone destined to die by the sword will die by the sword. This means that God's holy people must endure persecution patiently and remain faithful."
You see...there is a division happening. There are people of the world who are not written into the Book of Life, are being divided from the children of God who believe in what His word says. And the only difference that I can really see between the two of them, is if they have ears and are willing to listen and understand.
Revelation 13:9-10 says, "Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand. Anyone who is destined for prison will be taken to prison. Anyone destined to die by the sword will die by the sword." This verse also shows us that God already knows what someone plans.
Now, I want to encourage you with this: If you are reading this, and your ears are perking up, then that means there is still hope! The Lord is calling all of His Children to hear his voice only, and not pay attention to the voice of the enemy.
"People of all races, nations and languages - listen to the King's demands. When you hear the sound of the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, pipes, and other musical instruments, bow to the ground to worship King Nebuchadnezzar's gold statue. Anyone who refuses to obey will immediately be thrown into a blazing furnace." Daniel 3:5-6
Yes. The King of Babylon was a prideful man who built himself a statue of gold that stood 9 feet wide and 90 feet tall. He demanded that everyone bow down and worship him when the sound of music entered their heads. And if they didn't, they would be thrown into the fiery furnace.
But, let us not forget. This is only an earthly foreshadowing of what is to come.
Revelation 13 says there are two beasts that are coming, one from the sea and one from the earth, and both will bring division to men. The first beast will rise from the sea, and will tout seven horns of blasphemy. The dragon will give him his power, throne and great authority.
It will appear that one of seven heads is wounded, but then, everyone will watch the head be healed. The whole world will marvel, and everyone will pledge allegiance to the beast of the sea. The beast of the sea will be allowed to speak great blasphemies against God. He will have full authority for 42 months, and be allowed to wage war against God's holy people. All the people OF THE WORLD will worship the beast of the sea. But, there will be an eternal cost for their decision.
"They are the ones whose names were NOT written in the Book of Life that belongs to the Lamb who was slaughtered BEFORE the world was made." Revelation 13:8 "This means that God's holy people must endure persecution patiently and remain faithful." Revelation 13:10
The second beast that will rise up from the earth will be even worse than the first. He is the dragon who directly opposes God. He has two horns that look like a lamb, but speaks with the voice of a dragon. He exercises all authority over the beast of the sea. He astounds with all kinds of miracles, and loves to be the center of attention. He will order a statue be made of the Beast of the Sea who speaks seven blasphemies against God. "There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers."
Church - do we already see this? Has the deception already began? Revelation 13:15-17 says, "He was then permitted to give life to this statue so that it could speak, and command everyone be given the mark of the beast on the right hand or on the forehead."
"Without the mark, no one could buy or sell."
"The mark of the beast is either the name of the beast or the number representing him."
Could it be that 666 is the name of a man who has been totally blasphemous against God? Could it be that God has totally abandoned him? Does it mean there is no heaven for him? And what about the mark required to buy and sell? Is that dependent on our currency to live? Will we put money above all else? Will we serve money instead of God? Will greed and submission be grabbed by our hand? Will we place a chip into our forehead? So many questions are coming up for me. I will continue to ask God for wisdom in this.
But my love - do not despair! Babylon is fallen! And while she made all the nations of the world drink the wine of immorality, she has NOT won! Anyone who worships the beast and his statue or who accepts the mark of the beast on the hand or the forehead will drink from the wine of God's anger. Revelation 14:9-10
Seven angels were holding the seven last plagues, which would bring God's wrath to completion. I saw before me what seemed to be a glass sea mixed with fire. And on it stood all the people who had been victorious over the beast and his statue and the number representing his name. They were holding harps that God had given them. And they were singing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb:
"Great and marvelous are your works, O Lord God, the Almighty. Just and true are your ways O King of the nations. Who will not fear you, Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy. All nations will come and worship before you, for your righteous deeds have been revealed." Revelation 15:1-4
It astounds me how good our God is. He gives us a taste of the pride of Babylon through the prophet Daniel. He showed us the statue in Nebuchadnezzar's dream, and how the ROCK cut from the mountain made it coming tumbling down. Then he showed us how faithful men are saved by Him.
King Nebuchadnezzar said, "I will give you one more chance to bow down and worship the statue that I have made when you hear the sound of the instrument. But if you refuse, you will be immediately thrown into the blazing furnace."
Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego said, "We do not need to defend ourselves before you. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God whom we serve is able to save us. But even if he doesn't, we want to make it clear to you, that we will never serve your gods or worship the gold statue you have set up."
Then Daniel 3 says that the king threw them into the fire that heated up to be seven times hotter. He ordered some of his strongest men to bind them and throw them in with their clothes and their turbans. But suddenly, the king jumped with amazement and said, "Didn't we tie up three men and throw them into the furnace?" "Look! I see four men, unbound, walking around in the fire unharmed! And the fourth looks like a god!"
Nebuchadnezzar came close to the door of the furnace and shouted, "Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, servants of the Most High God, come out! Come out!" And when the men came out, "not a hair on their heads was singed, and their clothing was not scorched. They didn't even smell of smoke!" Daniel 3:27
Even this king finally knew what was true. He said, "If any people, whatever their race or nation or language, speak a word against the God of hadrach, Meshach and Abednego, they will be born torn limb from limb, and their houses will be turned into heaps of rubble. There is no other god who can rescue like this!" Daniel 3:29
God is good! Let's each pick up our harps and play for him.
My first thought when reading Daniel Chapter 2 is that King Nebuchadnezzar was mentally ill. Scripture says, “His mind was troubled and he could not sleep” mostly because he had difficult dreams. As a therapist, I quickly thought, “I wonder what other symptoms he had, and I wonder what a biopsychosocial evaluation would show?”
With a desire to complete a thorough evaluation, I read ahead to Chapter 4. I saw that he was afraid, and had visions and dreams, that terrified him. Today, I would say, that he exhibited nightmares and hallucinations. Then I saw in Daniel 2 that he summoned magicians, enchanters, sorcerers and astrologers to tell him what his dreams meant. But when they asked him to tell the dream, he refused. He clearly showed symptoms of oppositional defiance.
He replied with “If you do not tell me what my dream was and interpret it, I will have to cut you into pieces and your houses turned into piles of rubble. But if you tell the dream and explain it, you will received from me gifts and rewards and great honor. So tell me the dream and interpret it for me.”
My God! Not only did he struggle with potential Schizophrenia, but he also showed intense aggression, violent behavior and characteristics of a Psychopath! Then later on, I also learned, that he exhibited abundant narcissism!
Eventually he had a complete mental breakdown and withdrew from humans to become an ox and live with the oxen!
If this were to happen today, in these modern days of mental illness and psychiatric disorders, I would definitely need to refer him to a Crisis Stabilization Unit to see a Psychiatrist so that he could get on psychotropic medication.
But in Daniel 4, verse 34, it says, “At the end of that time, I, Nebuchadnezzar, raised my eyes towards heaven, and my sanity was restored.”
Holy shit! Can you imagine it? A repentant heart who looks to God for hope? In an instant of being convicted, he experienced a complete change of mindset!
I wonder, "How did Nebuchadnezzar know to do this?" He did not have access to scripture!
Daniel 2 says, “When the magicians, enchanters, sorcerers and astrologers told him it was too difficult to reveal the dream to him, the King became furious and ordered their execution.” Not only them, but all the wise men of Babylon!
Can you believe it? One word wrong, and everyone’s gone!
“So the decree was issued to put the wise men to death, and men were sent to look for Daniel and his friends to put them to death.” But thank God! When Daniel found out, he went to the king and asked for permission to interpret the dream.
But before he did, he turned to his friends and asked them to pray for him.
“He urged them to plead for mercy from the God of heaven concerning the mystery, so that he and his friends might not be executed.”
During the night, the mystery was revealed in a vision, then Daniel praised the God of heaven.
When he got up, he asked to see the king, and was identified as “the man exiled from Judah who can tell the king what his dream means.”
When the king asked if Daniel could reveal and interpret the dream, Daniel said, “No wise man, enchanter, magicians or diviner can explain to the king the mystery he has asked about, but there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries.”
Then Daniel began to speak,
“As Your Majesty was lying there, your mind turned to things to come, and the revealer of mysteries showed you what is going to happen.”
Then Daniel explained he only knows, because the Lord his God told him so.
Then Daniel described the statue he saw that was enormous and awesome in appearance. “The head of the statue was made of pure gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze, its legs of iron and its feet partly of iron and partly of baked clay.”
Then Daniel shared that he saw Nebuchadnezzar nearby, watching a stone being cut from the rock - and then thrown at the statue’s foot. All the pieces came tumbling down, and became like chaff on the threshing ground. And after that, the wind swept it away without even leaving a trace.
“But the rock that struck the statue became a huge mountain and filled the whole earth.”
Amen and Halleluiah! Daniel proceeded to reaffirm Nebuchadnezzar! He declared that the God of heaven had given Nebuchadnezzar power and dominion.
Daniel told the king that he represented the head of gold, and then he proceeded to explain the kingdoms of silver and bronze. Daniel then said that the iron legs represented a kingdom that would break and crush everything.
Then he explained that the Last Kingdom would come when the world saw a divided nation, but that would lead to the Glory Days!
Then Daniel proceeded to say, “And just as you saw the iron mixed with baked clay, so the people will be a mixture and will not remain united, any more than iron mixes with clay.”
“In that time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever. This is the meaning of the vision of the rock cut out of a mountain, but not by human hands – a rock that broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold to pieces.” Daniel 2:44-45
That is when Daniel put a stamp on his interpretation, and sent it with love to Nebuchadnezzar.
He said, “The great God has shown the king what will take place in the future. The dream is TRUE and its interpretation is TRUSTWORTHY.”
This is when the king fell prostrate before Daniel, and paid him honor and ordered that an offering and incense be presented to him.
The king said, “Surely YOUR GOD is the God of gods and the Lord of kings and a revealer of mysteries, for you were able to reveal this mystery.”
It was then that the king found favor with Daniel, and his God – but unfortunately, as we will see in the rest of the story, Nebuchadnezzar’s pride had not yet left him.
So, in the end, my professional opinion is this – King Nebuchadnezzar was completely fucked! He had every mental illness known to mankind, and he searched for relief from demonic spirits who came through false men.
That is, until he met Daniel.
God enabled Daniel to see visions and dreams, and gave him the ability to understand their meanings. Daniel had access to God’s wisdom and was able to share that with Nebuchadnezzar.
But while the king was given some relief, his pride kept him from fully experiencing God. He was not any different from other men, like King Saul who found relief only when David played the harp for him.
But in the end, we see the king experiencing sanity. My guess it’s because Daniel planted the seed, that when you are mentally broken and incomplete, look to the God of heaven for your sanity!
On November 2nd, while in the shower, I saw a flash of green followed by a white crescent moon, which stood on the right, and a white star, which stood on the left. In my mind, I saw that it was a flag.
Three days ago, on November 4th, I wrote a poem called “One Nation Under Humans.” In that poem I heard the Lord say we will have “a time and a half.” When I asked my Pastor what “a time and half meant” he said it was 18 months. Then he said that 18 in Hebrew is the word “Chai” which means “to come alive.”
Then early this morning, on November 7th, I woke up with the word “Resurrection” in my head. I wrote a post on my Facebook page, stating this. I thought it was in relation to the resurrection of Trump, due to the ballot watermarks, but now, after watching a video that my friend Cynthia sent me, I’m wondering if God is giving me a much bigger warning.
Could we be seeing the resurrection of the 5th Caliphate?
Today, on the morning of November 7th, after waking up and getting my tea, I watched the video on the FAI app that Cynthia recommended to me. It is called “Turkish Caliphate Rising – The Revival of the Islamic State.”
So here are my questions, and what I learned.
Could the Ottomon Empire be rising up? Is a new Caliphate waking up?
Is there a deep state in the United States that is loyal to the ambitions of Turkey?
Are the Last Days coming to pass in the land of the Middle East?
Will nations and governments participate in this? Will the roads lead to Jerusalem?
In 1918-1920 is when the Spanish Influenza broke out.
The world came out of hiding and isolation.
In the “Roaring 20’s” an economic boom took place, until the 30’s when the world economy collapsed.
Hitler took this time create his claim, and wiped out most of the Jews from the land.
Now we are in 2020, almost a century has passed.
Yet, history has not changed. There will be another man who will take advantage of this.
Has anyone put eyes on the Turkish Caliphate? Has anyone asked who has connections with him?
Is there an opportunity to acquire a global political economic position resulting from Covid-19?
I interject here to say that on November 4th the Lord told me we have “a time and a half.”
Will there be a rise of the Jihad? Will there be a rise in Islam?
What is the mindset of these martyrs? Will they battle in Mohammed’s name?
Who the heck is Mohammed, and where the heck did he come from?
Why did he hate the Jews so much? Why did he hate the Christians?
Why are they really mandated by God to kill anyone who defies them?
Who will be the Mid-East beast? Will he be next to the Euphrates?
Think of the Catholics without a Rome. Who would reign over the religion?
Now think of the Ottomon Empire and the Caliphate as the face of the Islamic State.
In 1923 the Ottomon Empire feel and became the modern republic of Turkey.
He abolished the Caliphate and they became a secular nation.
But in the early 2000’s, Edrogan entered the stage and was voted in to be the President of Turkey.
It seems that Turkey has been expanding. Is America paying attention?
Did the Turks commit genocide in Armenia?
Have they expanded into Northern Syria? Does America have her eyes on this?
Are they shipping Jihadist o Libya?
Are they courting Islamic nations - casting off secular dictators?
In 2014, Islam started to rise through Turkish finances that supported ISIS.
When the Kurds attempted to fight back, Turkey shouted, “Terrorism,” then they built a wall to protect their southern border.
Where is Al-Qaeda hiding out? Will there be a 5th Caliphate?
The 100 year anniversary since the abolition of the Caliphate is coming up!
What is happening with Turkey’s Department of Religious Affairs? Has anyone paid attention to how fast it is growing? The building of Mosques and sharing of the Koran has five times the amount of dollars than their Office of Intelligence!
Everyone knows that Islamic revival will ultimately dismantle Turkish secularism.
Could it be that the conquering and resurrection of Hagia Sophia in Instanbul, as a Mosque instead of a church, be the first imprint of the 5th Caliphate who is standing up?
Why are Christians living in delusion and pretending that nothing is happening?
Have we been that blinded to the Jezebel spirit? Are we the church of the Laodicians?
Why is the US in bed with the Turks? Is it because we think they hate Iran?
Has anyone explored the videos of Hunter Biden, or the exchange of money that happened between them?
I wonder if Turkey and Iran will collaborate and work together to overtake Jerusalem?
And what about Pakistan, and India. What is happening with them? Is Erdogan extending his Muslim ambitions into their lands?
In the video that I just watched, he said the Imam walked right up to the pulpit with a sword of conquest in his hands, and at the pulpit waved two green flags – could it be that one represented the Ottomon Empire, the rising of the Islamic state, and the other represented the Caliphate?
Is the Coronavirus pandemic really the crown of Satan?
Has the American election distracted the most powerful country in the world from paying attention to the reformation in the Middle East?
God, I don’t know what all of this means. But I do know that you have assigned me as a watchman. So I will put this out and will patiently wait to see what happens as I stand on your Word and pray.
Have you heard the story
of the four young men
who were plucked from Judah
and planted in Babylon?
They were healthy and strong,
and good-looking too;
yet they were pulled right out
of the Judean soil.
The powerful army of Babylon
marched right in and captured them.
King Nebuchadnezzar demanded
that the royal family
and the noblest young men
be picked from Judah
and brought to serve him.
He took the youth
who were highly educated
and indoctrinated them
into the Babylonian culture.
***Sounds a lot like today***
His first objective
was to change their identity.
If they didn't know who they were
then they would be easy to lead.
He had them educated
in Babylonian literature
and Babylonian history too,
then he changed their language
and their birth names.
Daniel became Belteshazzar,
and his friends Hananiah, Mishael and Azaraih
became Shadrach, Meshach and Abednago.
And even though
they were offered pleasantries,
there was one thing
this king could not take -
the fear of the Lord
that was hidden in their hearts.
Daniel was determined
not to defile himself
by eating the food and the wine
given to him by the king.
He asked for permission
not to eat the unacceptable foods,
and was given favor
by the staff who was attending to him.
Daniel and his friends,
drank only water
and ate only vegetables,
and yet over ten days,
they grew even more
healthy and strong.
When the attendant saw this,
he agreed to continue on -
he no longer feared the consequence
of being beheaded.
God’s grace was extended,
by their faithful God,
who gifted them abundantly
with an unusual aptitude.
These young men
must have been like Solomon,
because scripture says,
"they could understand
every aspect of literature and wisdom."
They exhibited excellent judgment,
and after only three years -
they were entered into
the king's royal service.
But there was something different
God gave Daniel the special ability
to interpret the meanings
of visions and dreams.
Tomorrow I will look at
Daniel Chapter 2
which has and interesting title,
Today is November 5, 2020.
I asked the Lord
what is to happen with the election.
Will Donald Trump or Joe Biden win?
Will the revelation of your prophets
come to pass?
Will Donald Trump serve
four more years again?
Will the Supreme Court
overturn the fraudulent votes?
And this is what I heard the Lord say,
“My message is still the same!”
“Turn from your evil ways!”
“Humble yourself before your God,
and render me your hearts,
NOT your garments!"
"Stop looking to other men for better days!”
“You look to the prophets of prosperity
to give a message about Me.”
“You look to Trump
as if he were a god,
but he is just another prideful man
who I have put in position
for such a time as this.”
Then the Lord took me
to Jeremiah 13
and showed me the linen loincloth.
“Do you remember when I sent Jonah,
to warn the people of Nineveh?
Do you remember what their king did
so that I would turn back
My wrath from coming to them?"
"He believed in MY message."
Then the Lord took me to Jonah 3
and personally showed me
what the King of Nineveh did.
“He stepped down from the throne
and took off his royal robes.
He dressed himself in burlap
and sat on a heap of ashes.
Then he declared a decree that no one ,
not even the animals,
would eat or drink."
Then the Lord showed me their garments.
"People and animals alike
must wear garments of mourning,
and pray earnestly to God.
They must turn from their evil ways
and stop all the violence.”
The people of Nineveh did
as their king commanded.
They repented and mourned
for the sins they had committed.
And when God saw their hearts,
and how they put a stop
to their evil ways,
He changed his mind
and did not carry out the destruction
He had threatened.
This morning the Lord is showing me
that America has become like Nineveh -
and like the Drunkards the Ephraim,
which is represented
by Jeremiah's linen loincloth -
dirty, spoiled and rotted.
Instead of putting on burlap,
heavy and uncomfortable
for a man to wear;
we have kept on our linen cloth,
and have worn it
like dirty whores.
The pride in America is great.
The people continue
to make their mistakes.
They seek revelation without dominion.
They declare victory through prosperity.
They prophecy lies
and stand on their dreams,
and they write their books
and declare “Look at me!”
You Americans stubbornly
follow your own desires,
and you continue
to make a mockery
out of My Son!
Yes - Trump is favored,
because I have declared him
as the man of the hour.
But do not think for one minute
that a prideful man,
who is narcissistic by nature,
can be the end of my plan.
You must see past Him.
Yes - He is grand!
But you must realize
that he is just a man.
You have put him on display
for all the world to see.
But what about Me?
Do you not see
that I am the authority?
Why do you keep looking to man
to declare your victory?
This is what the Lord says,
"May all your jars be filled with wine."
And you, the people of America,
are like the Drunkards of Ephraim.
Jars are made to be filled with wine."
Do you not see the hypocrisy in this?
"No, this is what the Lord means:
I will fill everyone in this land
with drunkenness -
from the president
to the priests to the prophets,
right down to the common people
Remember what I have said,
is the verse for this time.
Do you think I have changed My mind?
We are in a time of GREAT DIVIDE -
and I have given the warning
to repent for YOUR PRIDE!
How many have
sincerely returned to Me?
How many have washed
the crust from their eyes?
Truly, I ask you,
how many have rendered
and not just
There is still time.
Faith, I am calling out to thee!
Can you hear Me?
Can you hear Me
to return to Me?
Babylon is coming,
from the North.
You will be surprised
by what is unearthed.
The United Nations
will stake their claim
by building their house
will influence men,
and greed and gore
will rip open the land.
Watch and see,
what will come to be.
Carnality will succeed.
Humans will profane
My great name,
and false prophecy
will be exclaimed.
I will be taken
out of government,
while the Tower of Babel
is being rebuilt.
This time, I will allow men
to destroy themselves,
and this time
I will be bringing
My judgment down.
You know me as a lamb -
the Son of Man who came
to redeem the world.
But you will see that I am King
the Lion of Judah
who will soon stake My claim!
You will have a time and a half
to do your work, and reconcile
the hearts of men.
My ROAR will be heard
all over the earth,
look and listen for My voice.
I am speaking in reverse.
The scroll is being unrolled,
to bring My Kingdom down
from Heaven to earth.
No one knows the day or the hour -
Only the Father.
The harvest is ripe.
The workers are few.
Now get up and do My work!
I woke up with the word
on my mind, and thought...
“I wonder why people distinguish
"Evangelical Christians" -
as if there is
The definition for evangelical
a human who believes
that the Word of God
is Holy Spirit inspired.
In my mind,
if a person claims to be Christian -
they testify to the Old
and the New Testament.
A Christian believes in Jesus Christ,
as the beloved Son of God.
They believe He is the way, the truth, the life
and that no one comes to the Father
but through the Son.
Christians believe Old Testament prophecy
points to the King of Righteousness.
Christians believe that God is the Father
of all creation;
and that He has established Christ
as His foundation.
Christians believe His Holy Spirit is our guide,
and He is the One who opens our eyes.
Christians believe that we are redeemed
through both God's mercy and His grace.
Christians believe the words of Jesus,
"Everything must be fulfilled
that is written about Me
in the Law of Moses,
the Prophets, and the Psalms” of David.
The whole reason why Jesus came
was not only to redeem just one man,
but to redeem every man from every nation!
"Therefore go and make disciples
of all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father
and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
and teaching them to obey
everything I have commanded you.
And surely I am with you always,
to the very end of the age.”
Evangelism is the solemn duty
of every Christian.
Everyone who knows Jesus understands
that we are called to pick up His cross
and follow in His footsteps.
We are to work as one body,
each part working together
to prepare the harvest.
And this brings me to Daniel 3
where I was introduced
to a phenomenal King!
whose real name was Eliakim,
until Pharoah Neco exploited him.
But to his father,
As soon as I saw
the first verse of Daniel,
I knew immediately
that I had to go back
to learn why Judah was under attack.
Who is King Jehoiakim,
and what was Judah’s history?
How did this travesty come to be?
Why did God permit Babylon
to enter her gates
605 years before the birth of Christ?
First - Egypt was involved,
as he usually is.
After King Josiah of Judah was slain,
Pharoah Neco, the King of Egypt,
imprisoned Josiah's oldest son,
King Jehoahaz, and held him for ransom.
Then Neco installed Eliakim to be Judah's king.
He was the second son of King Josiah,
and he was King Jehoahaz's brother.
Pharoah Neco changed Eliakim's name
so that he could be his puppet
and tax Judah to death.
And during Jehoiakim's reign,
another invader came in,
but this one was more brutal than Egypt.
He too taxed Judah to death,
and then he came and took
the articles from the temple of God
that were dedicated to the Lord.
His name was Babylon,
and he was sent by the Lord.
He army was comprised
of many bands of tribes;
the Arameans, Moabites and Ammonites -
all joined together as the Babylonians.
Yes! That is what I said.
Babylon was sent by God
to defeat Jerusalem
for the sins they had committed
The sins of King Manasseh,
who was King Josiah's grandfather,
were far too great and had to be punished.
The reign of Manasseh
can be found in
the 21st Chapter of 2 Kings.
He defiled the land with witchcraft,
sorcery, divination and mediums.
He build an altar to Asherah
on the same temple that was built for God.
He even sacrificed his own son -
and spilled so much innocent blood
over the land.
"Manasseh shed so much innocent blood
that he filled Jerusalem from end to end,
in addition to the sin
that he had caused Judah to commit,
doing evil in the sight of the LORD."
2 Kings 21:16
So this explains why Judah fell
into the fists of Babylon.
Yet, in between
Manasseh and Eliakim,
was a great king who did what was right
in the sight of the Lord.
His name was Josiah.
"Neither before nor after Josiah
was there any king like him,
who turned to the LORD
with all his heart and with all his soul
and with all his strength,
according to all the Law of Moses."
2 Kings 23:25
King Josiah was the grandson of Manasseh,
and his father’s name was Amon.
He was only 8 years old
when he became king,
the child who became a man
and had a heart like David.
Since He put all of his efforts
into renovating the temple,
the priest Hilkiah,
found the Book of the Law
and brought it to Josiah.
When Josiah read its contents,
he tore his clothes
and mourned for all of Israel.
He asked his priest to return to the temple
to seek the wisdom of God
because his sole desire
was to please the Lord.
The priest went to the prophet Huldah,
who was a woman!
Scripture says she was the wife of Shaluum,
who was the keeper of the temple wardrobe.
“This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says:
Tell the man who sent you to me,
‘This is what the Lord says:
I am going to bring disaster
on this place and its people,
according to everything
written in the book
the king of Judah has read.
Because they have forsaken me
and burned incense to other gods
and aroused my anger
by all the idols their hands have made,
my anger will burn against this place
and will not be quenched.’
Tell the king of Judah,
who sent you to inquire of the Lord,
‘This is what the Lord,
the God of Israel, says
concerning the words you heard:
Because your heart was responsive
and you humbled yourself
before the Lord
when you heard what I have spoken
against this place and its people
that they would become a curse
and be laid waste
and because you tore your robes
and wept in my presence,
I also have heard you,
declares the Lord.
Therefore I will gather you
to your ancestors,
and you will be buried in peace.
Your eyes will not see
all the disaster I am going to bring
on this place.’
So they took her answer back
to the king.”
2 Kings 22:15-20 NIV
After Josiah received the message,
he did all that he could
to reform the people.
He brought everyone to the temple,
and renewed the covenant
in the Lord’s presence.
He removed all the articles of Baal,
and he tore down the Asherah poles.
He rejected all the powers of the heavens,
and only bowed down to the One True God.
He burned dead bones of evil men,
and he executed priests of pagan shrines;
and believe it or not,
He renewed the Passover
that had not been celebrated
since the time of the Judges!
So we see King Josiah as an evangelical -
who believed everything
that was written by Moses,
through the Voice of God,
into the Torah,
the Book of the Law.
He took God's Word into his heart,
and realigned his thoughts to match up.
Can you imagine
what would have happened
if Josiah had not evangelized the nation?
I wonder what would have happened
if the people did not repent?
the prophet Jeremiah called their bluff,
when he said,
"But why not call on these gods you have made?
When trouble comes, let them save you if they can!
For you have as many gods
as there are towns in Judah.
Why do you accuse me of doing wrong?
You are the ones who have rebelled,”
And he continues...
“I have punished your children,
but they did not respond to my discipline.
You yourselves have killed your prophets
as a lion kills its prey.
“O my people, listen to the words of the Lord!
Have I been like a desert to Israel?
Have I been to them a land of darkness?
Why then do my people say,
‘At last we are free from God!
We don’t need him anymore!’
Does a young woman forget her jewelry,
or a bride her wedding dress?
Yet for years on end
my people have forgotten me.
“How you plot and scheme to win your lovers.
Even an experienced prostitute
could learn from you!
Your clothing is stained
with the blood of the innocent and the poor,
though you didn’t catch them
breaking into your houses!
And yet you say,
‘I have done nothing wrong.
Surely God isn’t angry with me!’
But now I will punish you severely
because you claim you have not sinned.
First here, then there--
you flit from one ally to another
asking for help.
But your new friends in Egypt will let you down,
just as Assyria did before.
In despair, you will be led into exile
with your hands on your heads,
for the Lord has rejected
the nations you trust.
They will not help you at all."
And then he brings it home -
"If a man divorces a woman
and she goes and marries someone else,
he will not take her back again,
for that would surely corrupt the land.
But you have prostituted yourself
with many lovers,
so why are you trying to come back to me?
Look at the shrines on every hilltop.
Is there any place you have not been defiled
by your adultery with other gods?
You sit like a prostitute beside the road
waiting for a customer.
You sit alone like a nomad in the desert.
You have polluted the land
with your prostitution and your wickedness.
That’s why even the spring rains have failed.
For you are a brazen prostitute
and completely shameless.
Yet you say to me,
‘Father, you have been my guide since my youth.
Surely you won’t be angry forever!
Surely you can forget about it!
So you talk,
but you keep on doing all the evil you can.”
So I ask you, what is true?
Can there be a true Christian
who is not evangelical?
The time to get in line
has already been pre-subscribed.
Everyone has a choice to make.
Everyone has a role to take.
The man you pick
will be written
into what America is to become.
The fact that many
will choose wrong
shows what America
has already become.
Open borders has let Satan in.
has turned the minds of men.
has spilled innocent blood.
Money is made through babies parts.
I can hear children crying
as men and women
rip them, sell them and rape them.
People are dazed and confused.
Aimlessly wandering in the wilderness.
Identity confusion has taken hold.
No one knows who they are anymore.
I am the creator of everything.
Why do humans
try to thwart my plans?
Instead of turning to Me for wisdom,
everyone goes to the internet.
Prescription drugs are overtaken
because humans prefer to feel numb.
Suicide and depression is on the rise -
all because I have been removed
from the land.
Hope is not found in other humans.
Hope is found in Me alone.
Keep on building your therapy rooms.
Keep on building your houses on sand.
America has become like Babylon -
relying on humans
instead of believing who I am!
2020 brought much division.
It had been My choice
to divide and scatter everyone.
There are many nations
who have fallen,
but I chose you
to stand with Israel.
Do you think
I have left My beloved behind?
Not a chance!
I have just started!
In the coming days
you will see PEACE,
but that will only entice My enemies.
They are currently acting
behind the scenes
to create a war like you have never seen.
During this time,
you get to choose WHO
you are serving!
There is a plumb line,
despite how much
you attempt to shake it.
You can twist and pull,
in all directions,
but when you let you go,
it will return to its proper position.
Either you take my yoke
and follow ME,
or you remain hard and stubborn -
and will be removed from the wheat.
There is only ONE King
that has authority
to revive what I have called dead.
His name is not Mohammad,
or Buddha or Baal.
His name is Yeshua,
and He is the Judge of all!
He is the Lion of Judah
and He holds a scepter -
a staff and rod that speaks for Me.
He is the Messiah
who has came to redeem
the souls of men
who choose to follow Him.
The nation that chooses
to be Under God,
through the authority of My son,
is the nation that I will stand with.
Now before the enemy comes back,
open My Book and learn who I am.
The end is near,
and the fertilizer is rich,
and I have prepared
the hearts of My servants.
The harvest is ripe,
and it must be picked.
I am dividing the wheat from the chaff.
You will see many coming in My name,
but be careful -
our enemy is not dumb.
He will manipulate and appear like love,
but do not believe any man
who does not stand on My Word!
They are a false prophet,
and they will be condemned!
Do not let him twist my lines
to make it seem like he is mine.
My story is The Whole Book -
not just random parts of it.
You must be quiet,
and read between the lines.
Holy Spirit will guide your time.
The sun is setting.
Darkness is coming.
It is time
to prepare your oil
and grab your lamps.
Yesterday I learned
a little bit about Babylon,
today I will explore just a little more.
The Babylonians were also
known as the Chaldeans,
and they came from the lower region
of the Fertile Crescent
known as Mesopotamia -
which is the land that curves
between the Persian Gulf
and the Mediterranean Sea.
This is the land where
Father Abraham was born,
from a town called Ur.
His father was Terah,
who was a 9th generation
descendant of Noah
from the line of Shem.
For some reason, God chose Abram,
to leave the land of the Chaldeans,
and all his relatives,
and his father’s family,
to go to a land
that He would show him.
God promised to bless him
into a great nation,
who would then go on
to bless other nations.
to the land of Canaan,
as far as Shechem.
Shechem is a region known as
the Eastern Mediterranean;
and consists of Israel, Gaza,
Jordan and the West Bank,
and the southern parts
of Syria and Lebanon.
It was in Shechem,
under an Oak,
in the hill country of Ephraim
that Abram’s faith was marked.
He built an altar
and dedicated it to the Lord.
Shechem became the first capital
of the Kingdom of Israel -
now I'm wondering "Where is Jerusalem?"
After that, Abraham set up camps,
to the east, west and south.
I wonder, why not the north?
And this makes me think
of Deuteronomy 11,
where Moses is in the Valley of Shechem,
looking up at two mountains,
one to the north and one to the south,
and this is what he says,
"When the Lord your God has brought you
into the land you are entering to possess,
you are to proclaim on Mount Gerizim
and on Mount Ebal the curses.
As you know,
these mountains are across the Jordan,
westward, toward the setting sun,
near the great trees of Moreh,
in the territory of those Canaanites
living in the Arabah (desert)
in the vicinity of Gilgal (eastern border of Jericho).
You are about to cross the Jordan
to enter and take possession
of the land the Lord your God is giving you.
When you have taken it over and are living there,
be sure that you obey all the decrees and laws
I am setting before you today."
is Mount Gerizim also known as
Mount Moriah -
the same mountain
that Abraham was commanded
to sacrifice his son?
Is this the mountain
where Abraham's faith was rewarded?
Is this the same mountain
where the Israelites,
who became Samaritans
went to live?
I can see Father Abraham
denouncing the life he once owned;
I can see his tears
streaming down his eyes.
I can see his faith filling up the space;
I can see a promise extending from his lips.
I can hear his heart beating like the sun;
I can feel his strength shaking from his bones.
I believe it's in the place
that Jacob dug a well,
175 years later
and he would settle there.
And then we see,
Joseph being sold into slavery –
to save Israel from famine,
and preserve the nation.
And once again,
hundreds of years later,
Moses would renounce Egypt
and lead God’s people
back to the land of Canaan.
And when Moses was old,
God would raise up another one -
Joshua would bring the blessing
by leading the people across the river Jordan,
and into the land of Canaan.
Beneath the tree,
at Jacob’s Well
is where Jesus would speak
to a lost, lonely and broken-hearted
He extended His hand,
and showed her love
so that she would know
she too had met the Messiah -
and would be saved under His covenant.
“Do not look to Mount Ebal
for there is no hope to the north.”
This is what I heard the Spirit saying.
Lord, help me to understand
what the north means.
I could not get passed
the first verse of Daniel
“In the third year of the reign
of Jehoiakim, King of Judah,
Nebuchadnezzar, King of Babylon,
came to Jerusalem and besieged it.”
Daniel 1:1 NIV
There is so much research
I need to do on this,
but for today I will focus
Babylon is located between two rivers,
Euphrates and Tigris,
in modern-day Iraq.
It lies 50 miles south of Baghdad,
not far from the Persian Gulf.
And it’s first introduction,
in the scripture,
is in Genesis 11 -
through the story
of the Tower of Babel.
After the flood,
the descendants of Noah,
became known as nations -
“All the nations of the earth.”
As the clans migrated,
to the East,
they found a plain
in the land of Babylonia,
and settled there.
At that time,
they all spoke the same language.
They prospered and worked together.
Their sole desire was to be famous
by building a tower to the sky.
In their hearts and their minds,
they were determined
to never again
be killed by a flood.
Hand in Hand,
they stood strong.
United as One
"United We Stand"
This was the foundation
that covered the land.
"Humanity not God"
was their great plan.
But then, God stepped in,
just in the nick of time.
it was not good,
so He found a way to divide men.
"But the Lord came down
to look at the city
and the tower the people were building.
"Look!" he said.
The people are united,
and they all speak the same language.
After this, nothing they set out to do
will be impossible for them!
Come, let's go down
and confuse the people with different languages.
They they won't be able to understand each other."
In that way, the Lord scattered them
all over the world,
and they stopped building the city.
That is why the city was called Babel,
because that is where the Lord
confused the people
with different languages.
In this way
he scattered them all over the world."
When He saw what people had done,
He realized that
nothing would stop humans
from trying to prevent their death.
Their desire to play God
was super strong,
a union of prideful humans
is exactly what God did not want.
This explains why God scattered
the nations all over the world?
This is why he does not want
the nations working together?
He put an end to Babylon,
so why is He allowing Him to come back?
This is the question I am pondering.
What do you think?
Do you think humans
are trying to recreate Babylon?
Do you think America
should stay connected
to the United Nations?
Do you think we are still a nation
who chooses the Lord?
Do you think we are still
One Nation Under God?
This poetic sermon
will be my final version
of what is interpreted
from the Book of Luke.
I feel some grief in this process,
because I've spent so much time
But starting tomorrow,
I turn to Daniel.
Daniel is the book
the Lord is leading me to write from.
But for today,
let me ask you this question,
Can you imagine talking to a friend
about another person,
whom you both loved
that is now dead?
And all of a sudden,
the dead friend appears,
not as a ghost,
but as the real thing?
In flesh and blood,
he walks right up to you,
as if his death never even happened.
I think I would faint,
or run away.
At the very least,
I would question everything
I had learned up to that day!
Anyway, I pray
that these verses
will blow your mind -
they certainly did mine!
“Now that same day two of them
were going to a village called Emmaus,
about seven miles from Jerusalem.
They were talking with each other
about everything that had happened.
As they talked and discussed
these things with each other,
Jesus himself came up
and walked along with them;
but they were kept from recognizing him.”
He asked them,
“What are you discussing together as you walk along?”
They stood still, their faces downcast.
One of them, named Cleopas, asked him,
“Are you the only one visiting Jerusalem
who does not know the things
that have happened there in these days?”
What things?” Jesus asked.
“About Jesus of Nazareth,” they replied.
“He was a prophet, powerful in word and deed
before God and all the people.
The chief priests and our rulers
handed him over to be sentenced to death,
and they crucified him;
but we had hoped that he was the one
who was going to redeem Israel.
And what is more,
it is the third day
since all this took place.
In addition, some of our women amazed us.
They went to the tomb early this morning
but didn’t find his body.
They came and told us
that they had seen a vision of angels,
who said he was alive.
Then some of our companions went to the tomb
and found it just as the women had said,
but they did not see Jesus.”
He said to them,
“How foolish you are, and how slow to believe
all that the prophets have spoken!
Did not the Messiah
have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?”
And beginning with Moses
and all the Prophets,
he explained to them what was said
in all the Scriptures concerning himself.”
“As they approached the village
to which they were going,
Jesus continued on as if he were going farther.
But they urged him strongly,
“Stay with us, for it is nearly evening;
the day is almost over.”
So he went in to stay with them.
When he was at the table with them,
he took bread, gave thanks,
broke it and began to give it to them.
Then their eyes were opened
and they recognized him,
and he disappeared from their sight.
They asked each other,
“Were not our hearts burning within us
while he talked with us on the road
and opened the Scriptures to us?”
They got up and returned at once to Jerusalem.
There they found the Eleven and those with them,
assembled together and saying,
“It is true!
The Lord has risen and has appeared to Simon.”
Then the two told what had happened
and how they recognized Jesus when He broke the bread.
While they were still talking about this,
Jesus himself stood among them and said to them,
“Peace be with you.”
They were startled and frightened,
thinking they saw a ghost.
He said to them,
“Why are you troubled, and why do doubts
rise in your minds?”
“Look at my hands and my feet.
It is I myself!
Touch me and see; a ghost does not have
flesh and bones, as you see I have.”
“When he had said this,
he showed them his hands and feet.
And while they still did not believe it
because of joy and amazement,
he asked them,
“Do you have anything here to eat?”
He took the food
and ate it in their presence.
He said to them,
“This is what I told you while I was still with you:
Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me
in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms.”
Then he opened their minds
so they could understand the Scriptures.
He told them,
“This is what is written:
The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead
on the third day,
and repentance for the forgiveness of sins
will be preached in his name
to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.”
“You are witnesses of these things.
I am going to send you what my Father has promised;
but stay in the city until you have been clothed
with power from on high.”
“When he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany,
He lifted up his hands and blessed them.”
“While he was blessing them,
he left them and was taken up into heaven.”
“Then they worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem
with great joy and expectation!
And they stayed continually at the temple,
Luke 24:13-53 NIV
If I had witnessed this, there would be no way
I would ever again question my faith.
But for now, I will draw in and learn more about
all the things that Jesus said must take place
before He comes again.
I will wait patiently
as my Lord and Savior makes intercession for me.
I will declare "Lord, Come"
as I wait for Him to bring Heaven to earth.
“Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me
in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms.
Then he opened their minds
so they could understand the Scriptures.”
As I close the gospel of Luke,
my final prayer is this,
“Jesus, open my mind
to have more faith in you.”
I can not believe
I’ve been writing poetry
since December 14th of 2019.
And now, here I am
wrapping up Luke 24 -
a 2 part sermon
on “Christ is Risen.”
After Jesus was taken down
from the cross,
and wrapped in linen cloth,
He was placed in a tomb,
that was cut in a rock.
And the women followed Joseph -
the rich owner - of the tomb
to the place where Jesus
would be buried.
Then went home to prepare
spices and perfumes,
but they rested for a day,
because it was the Sabbath.
Early in the morning,
the women got up
and swiftly went
to prepare the body of Jesus.
But when they got there,
they were left in awe,
because the stone was rolled away
and Jesus was not there.
While they were wondering
where His body could have went,
two angels descended upon them.
Two men appeared, quite suddenly
dressed in shiny clothes
that gleamed like lightning.
Instead of speaking,
and asking where Jesus was,
the women became frightened
and bowed their heads.
Without asking questions -
the angels knew their thoughts,
and this is how
they responded to them,
“Why do you look
for the living among the dead?
He is not here; He has risen!”
Can you imagine
this happening to you?
The body of your loved one,
and two shining men,
suddenly appearing -
only to pronounce
that your loved one has resurrected?
It’s no wonder
so many people
are crazy and dumb!
it does not make sense!
From Adam and Eve
being made from clay
to God giving life
through his own breath;
from frolicking in the garden,
being totally content,
to falling into temptation
and accepting Satan’s request;
from living in the blessing
to enduring the curse,
from suffering and hardship
to eternal life through Jesus Christ;
from bondage to freedom;
and wilderness to blessed;
from Genesis and Revelation
and creation and death.
None of it makes any sense!
From the pouring of blood
through animal sacrifice
to the outpouring of blood
through Jesus Christ
From Noah’s Ark
to Peter leaving the boat;
from the staff and rod,
to the Master and servant;
from two by two
to Holy Spirit in you;
from the lost sheep
to the multitudes;
from Judges and Kings
to prophets and priests,
from Jews to Gentiles
to angels and demons -
I tell you all,
it now makes perfect sense.
From hearing in the Spirit
to seeing visions and dreams,
from casting our cares
to raising His banner, victorious;
from altars and bricks,
and branches and trees,
to sacrifice and dominion,
and the burning of wheat;
from hope and heaven
to despair and hell;
from God with us to the bell toll.
From highway to Heaven,
and great escapes
to miracles abounding
and the opening of gates.
From Abraham and Sara
to Ahab and Jezebel,
from Sampson and Delilah
to Boaz and Ruth;
from Cain and Abel
to mercy and grace.
None of it makes sense...
until you have faith.
“Why do you look for the living
among the dead?
He is not here;
he has risen!”
These words only make sense
to those who believe
and have been given the ability
to understand divine revelation.
We have been taught
that everyone goes to heaven,
but the truth is,
we are already dead.
God’s mercy and grace
is provided purely from love.
His heart’s desire
is for His Bride to come home.
He gave us His Son,
as His mouthpiece-
and its only Jesus
that provides the key.
He gave us His Spirit,
to guide us into the truth,
so that we could understand
the difference between life and death.
The truth is,
we should read the Bible backwards.
If we start with the end,
maybe then we could get out of our heads.
would be everyone's motto.
The truth is Heaven is coming -
down to the earth,
and when it happens,
the saints will be resurrected.
We will have new bodies,
and our spirits will live.
We will rejoice and worship
our King and our Priest,
We will be citizens of Heaven
and we will never look back
because the promise is abundance,
and no longer lack.
God will establish
His Kingdom on earth,
and no wickedness will exist
to play tricks on us.
All of the harvest will have been picked,
and the fruit of the trees will never rot.
My heart rejoices!
The Lord is coming back!
“Remember how he told you,
while he was still with you in Galilee:
‘The Son of Man must be delivered
over to the hands of sinners,
be crucified and on the third day
be raised again.’ ”
“Then they remembered his words.”
“When they came back
from the tomb,
they told all these things
to the Eleven and to all the others.
It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna,
Mary the mother of James,
and the others with them
who told this to the apostles.
But they did not believe the women,
because their words seemed to them
Peter, however, got up
and ran to the tomb.
Bending over, he saw the strips
of linen lying by themselves,
and he went away,
wondering to himself
what had happened.”
What will you do
with the words
that you have heard?
Will you think
they are nonsense,
or will you respond in faith?
Part 2 of Luke 23
brings us closer to the end,
or should I say - the beginning.
And while it’s sad to acknowledge
the crucifixion, death
and burial of Jesus,
I now know the end of the story,
and meaning behind "Maranatha."
Let us begin -
“As the soldiers led him (Jesus) away,
they seized Simon from Cyrene,
who was on his way
in from the country,
and put the cross on him
and made him carry it
Simon was a man
who came from Cyrene,
which was a Greek-colonized town
in northeast Libya.
He was ordered by the Romans,
to carry the cross,
when Jesus was exhausted
and could barely walk.
He took the cross
when Jesus could not,
and walked closely behind Jesus
following His footsteps.
And behind them,
walked the daughters of Jerusalem,
saddened by what was happening.
“A large number of people
followed him, including women
who mourned and wailed for him.”
I sometimes wonder
who exactly was in the crowd,
was it the same people
who betrayed him
and casted Him out?
Or was it the ones
whose voices weren’t heard,
when the leaders of Jerusalem shouted,
“Jesus turned and said to them,
“Daughters of Jerusalem,
do not weep for me;
weep for yourselves
and for your children.”
Jesus called them,
‘Daughters of Jerusalem’ -
the same title
found seven times
in the Song of Solomon.
This must be a term for the beloved.
“For the time will come
when you will say,
‘Blessed are the childless women,
the wombs that never bore
and the breasts that never nursed!’
This is a warning
to the Children of God.
"They will say
to the mountains, “Fall on us!”
and to the hills, “Cover us!”
“For if people do these things
when the tree is green,
what will happen when it is dry?”
Jesus could have said thank you,
or I love you for following me,
so I wonder why
these are the words
He chose to speak?
This says to me
that Jesus continued warn
the daughters of Jerusalem
for what would come.
Perhaps we should stop whining and crying,
and put away our thoughts and feelings,
and instead, listen
to what scripture is telling us!
There will be a second coming
of the Righteous King,
but before that day arrives,
Jesus tells us that the land
will be barren and full of dry bones.
He says women will hope
they have NO children -
perhaps He is speaking
to the time of Great Tribulation?
People will plead with the mountains,
to fall on them!
They will pray for covering,
and wish the hills would roll up
and envelope them.
“Two other men, both criminals,
were also led out with him -
to be executed.”
“When they came to the place
called the Skull,
they crucified him there,
along with the criminals -
one on his right,
the other on his left.”
The place called Skull
is actually a bald-headed hill
close to Jerusalem
that is called Calvary.
This is where Jesus
fulfilling the prophecy
of Genesis 3:15 -
“And I will put enmity
between you and the woman,
and between your offspring and hers;
he will crush your head,
and you will strike his heel.”
Amazing! Is it not?
The whole Bible,
from Genesis to Revelation,
is the unfolding and disclosing
of God’s glorious WORD -
Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
And with a great love for humanity,
“Father, forgive them, for they do not know
what they are doing.”
Can you imagine the compassion?
To pray for their forgiveness
of your very own murderers!
“And they divided up his clothes
by casting lots.
The people stood watching,
and the rulers even sneered at him.”
“He saved others; let him save himself
if he is God’s Messiah, the Chosen One."
Let Him Save Himself -
This is what they said!
“The soldiers also came up
and mocked him.
They offered him wine vinegar and said,
“If you are the king of the Jews, save yourself.”
Again - Let Him Save Himself -
This is what they said!
“There was a written notice
above him, which read:
THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.”
“One of the criminals who hung there
hurled insults at him:
“Aren’t you the Messiah?
Save yourself and us!”
Let Him Save Himself -
This is what he said.
Strike Three! You’re out!
Can you believe it?
Everyone around Him was mocking
and criticizing Him,
even though He was bleeding profusely
and barely conscious.
Yet, in the middle of the persecution,
Jesus continued to be a Fisher of Men.
Next to Him, hung a repentant heart.
“The other criminal rebuked him.
“Don’t you fear God since you
are under the same sentence?
We are punished justly, for we are getting
what our deeds deserve.
But this man has done nothing wrong.”
This thief on the cross recognized Jesus
as the Son of God! And all because
he experienced the fear of the Lord!
With a repentant heart,
and a desire to be close,
the man said,
“Jesus, remember me
when you come into your kingdom. ”
Jesus answered him,
“Truly I tell you, today you
will be with me in paradise.”
Can you imagine?
Living a life totally wrong,
and then in the end,
with your very last breath -
having it all turn around?
For some of humanity,
it’s not until we are facing death,
square in the face,
that we gain humility
and come to the end of of ourselves!
For some, this is when
hard hearted pride begins to slide off,
this is when the masks of rebellion
and stubbornness begin to pop off.
“It was now about noon,
and darkness came
over the whole land
until three in the afternoon,
for the sun stopped shining.
And the curtain of the temple
was torn in two.”
Finally we see,
the destruction of the temple
that no longer held the truth!
Jesus called out with a loud voice,
“Father, into your hands
I commit my spirit,
and when he had said this,
he breathed his last breath.”
I wonder, where did Jesus go
when his mortal body died?
And how is that three days later,
His body became alive?
seeing what had happened,
praised God and said,
“Surely this was a righteous man.”
Again, in the midst of His death,
Jesus was still turning the hearts of men.
“When all the people who had gathered
to witness this sight saw what took place,
they beat their breasts and went away.”
What exactly does this mean?
At first I thought it was
their form of mourning.
But in the next sentence,
it says all who knew Him,
stayed, and stood at a distance.
“But all those who knew him,
including the women
who had followed him from Galilee,
stood at a distance, watching these things.”
“Now there was a man named Joseph,
a member of the Council,
a good and upright man,
who had not consented
to their decision and action.”
“He came from the Judean town of Arimathea,
and he himself was waiting
for the kingdom of God.”
“Going to Pilate, he asked for Jesus’ body.
Then he took it down,
wrapped it in linen cloth
and placed it in a tomb
cut in the rock, one in which
no one had yet been laid.”
Isaiah 53:9-10 says this about Jesus,
the suffering servant,
“He was assigned a grave
with the wicked,
and with the rich in his death,
though he had done no violence,
nor was any deceit in his mouth.
Yet it was the Lord’s will
to crush him and cause him to suffer,
and though the Lord makes his life
an offering for sin,
he will see his offspring
and prolong his days,
and the will of the Lord
will prosper in his hand.”
Praise God for His Prophets
Have you ever been
thrown under the bus -
unexpectedly condemned by a friend;
or been stabbed in the back
by someone you trust,
without warning or expectation.
Unfortunately, I think we all have been.
And it really sucks, and it really hurts.
This had to be how Jesus felt
when Judas betrayed Him
with the kiss of death,
and when one of His best friends,
Peter, denied him, over and over again.
Yet, that was not even the worst of it.
We are going to see
in Luke Chapter 23
the torture that was initiated
by God's chosen people
who come from the branch
of His family tree.
“Then the whole assembly
(Jewish leaders) rose
and led him off to Pilate
(Roman leader), and they began
to accuse him, saying,
“We have found this man
subverting our nation.
He opposes payment of taxes to Caesar
and claims to be Messiah, a king.”
Subverting our nation?
Are you kidding me?
Can you imagine what Jesus
must have thought
when His own kinsmen
called Him corrupt?
It’s just another example
of how the world is turned
upside down, and inside out!
So Pilate asked Jesus,
“Are you the king of the Jews?”
“You have said so,” Jesus replied.
Then Pilate announced
to the chief priests and the crowd,
“I find no basis for a charge
against this man.”
But they insisted,
“He stirs up the people
all over Judea by his teaching.
He started in Galilee
and has come all the way here.”
“On hearing this, Pilate asked
if the man was a Galilean.
When he learned that Jesus
was under Herod’s jurisdiction,
he sent him to Herod,
who was also in Jerusalem
at that time.”
“When Herod saw Jesus,
he was greatly pleased,
because for a long time
he had been wanting to see him.”
I immediately thought
of baby Jesus
when the order was given
by Herod himself,
to kill all the male children,
two years and younger,
was put out.
I remember baby Jesus
born in Bethlehem
and God giving Joseph a dream
- a warning to get out!
I remember Joseph and Mary
and baby Jesus
escaping the wrath of Herod,
by hiding in Egypt
until it was safe to come back.
here we see Jesus,
as an adult,
being delivered to Herod's doorstep,
just like a cat brings back a mouse
to the door of his master!
And there was Herod,
that the Messiah
was nothing like a king!
“From what he had heard about him,
he hoped to see him perform
a sign of some sort.
He plied him with many questions,
but Jesus gave him no answer. “
“The chief priests and
the teachers of the law
were standing there,
vehemently accusing him.”
“Then Herod and his soldiers
ridiculed and mocked him.
Dressing him in an elegant robe,
they sent him back to Pilate.”
Can you imagine the humiliation?
Being mocked and ridiculed
by your own?
“That day Herod and Pilate
became friends -
they had been enemies.”
Wow! I didn’t know this.
The killing of Jesus is what brought
the Jews and Gentiles together.
How incredibly sad is this!
“Pilate called together
the chief priests,
the rulers and the people,
and said to them,
“You brought me this man
as one who was inciting
the people to rebellion.
I have examined him
in your presence
and have found no basis
for your charges against him.
Neither has Herod,
for he sent him back to us;
as you can see,
he has done nothing
to deserve death.
Therefore, I will punish him
and then release him.”
But the whole crowd of Jews shouted,
“Away with this man!
Release Barabbas to us!”
(Barabbas had been
thrown into prison
for an insurrection in the city,
and for murder.)”
“Wanting to release Jesus,
Pilate appealed to them again.
But they kept shouting,
“Crucify him! Crucify him!”
“For the third time he spoke to them:
“Why? What crime
has this man committed?
I have found in him no grounds
for the death penalty.
Therefore I will have him punished
and then release him.”
“But with loud shouts
they insistently demanded
that he be crucified,
and their shouts prevailed."
"So Pilate decided
to grant their demand.
He released the man
who had been thrown into prison
for insurrection and murder,
the one they asked for,
and surrendered Jesus to their will.”
I will return tomorrow
with the culmination to all of this,
because just writing about this
makes me sick to my stomach!
To release a man
who actually killed someone,
yet hand over an innocent man,
to be judged and condemned to death
is beyond excuse -
God help us!
What is wrong with them?
It makes me wonder,
have we learned anything from this?
Are we choosing the curse,
instead of new life through Jesus?
The same men
who listened in the temple,
the same men
who laid down garments for Him,
the same men
who traveled from distant lands,
the same men
who gave up their lives for Him,
the same men
who followed the Law -
never really saw Him at all!
The WORD was spoken
but very few heard.
The WORD was sent
but very few responded to it.
I ask you this -
are you the bride of a Christ?
Are you impregnated
with God’s WORD?
Are you sanctified?
Have you been set apart?
Are you purified
by the precious blood of Christ?
Are you willing to lay down your life?
Are you willing to be a living sacrifice?
Are you ready
to stop following the world?
Are you ready to stand alone?
Are you ready to go to Heaven,
when Jesus comes again?
Can you feel Holy Spirit
steering His body
find His head?
Spoken Word at No Limits Women's Conference
Good evening. The theme is Walk Empowered – Into Your God Ordained Destiny.
I spent many hours preparing several different messages, contemplating which would best. I weighed each option, considering the content, and tried to decide on what WORD was the most important!
Should I speak about my blog, Breaking Strongholds, which is a collection of over 100 poems, all that have been written over the last 10 months? I wondered if I should share the poem that God gave me, on the first day of January, called “2020: The Year of Clarity.”
What I’ve decided is to share a couple passages from the poems, before moving on to encourage and edify you. In the poem, ‘2020 – The Year of Clarity” I was told that we must remember in this season of great strife, it’s not by force or by power, but by His Spirit that brings forth life. He asked if we would have laborious goals forced by our own hand, or selfish ambition, vanity-on-demand. He asked if we would try to move forward with foolish motives behind our plan, and an arrogance by trying to stand on sand. He said the year of 2020 will bring clarity to some, to those who seek His Kingdom and realize that the harvest has already begun.
And then there’s the poem “HIS SPIRIT SPOKE” which I wrote on June 3rd after hearing the Lion of Judah ROAR. It was FULL and FEARLESS and FEROCIOUS. It was DEEP and DEAFENING, POWERFUL and PROFOUND. MIGHTY and MAJESTIC. It came from the BOTTOM of the BELLY and the HEART of the HEALER. It was GUTTERAL and GRAND, WIDE and WORTHY, and without words His Spirit Spoke – and this is what I heard, “I am dismantling and driving out witchcraft and idolatry. I am disarming the demons that have attempted to steal MY Sword. And this is when I heard the Lord say, reread My words from March 26th and speak them out with My authority.
On March 26, this is what I heard and wrote about the United States of America:
America is Division of the dead who choose their pride instead of ME. Divided we fall, no unity at all, and when they call on MY name, it’s only for their gain, they have not been slain in my Spirit at all. Hope is found in ME alone. Stop the show! Let my people go! They need to know that I alone am God! They have nothing to gain by calling MY name when they do not claim who I am! They believe in themselves - they sit on their shelves of self-righteousness. When I take them down, they will fumble and fall because they do not know ME at all. There is no stickiness in their bones. They will slither, and slide, and nothing will reside in MY hands. They will shatter, and scatter and for some it won’t matter - they will run like cockroaches and hide. But MY beautifully broken, will be MY token and in their hearts I reside. They are the ones who have spoken in MY name.
So you see, there is so much more that I want to share. The Lord has so many warnings and blessings to declare - to prepare His bride for His second coming.
In March of 2019, the Lord gave me a vision of reaching out and grabbing the hem of His robe, and then He gave me the words, “I am wringing out my remnant, for one drop of My blood covers a multitude of sin.”
But it wasn't until 2020 that He gave me the meaning. We are being wrung out because we have been given a watered-down gospel from the American pulpit. I saw limbs from the sacrificial lamb, being torn apart, extracted and sugar-coated into a prosperity gospel based on false doctrine. I saw only the announcement of the blessing, and not the warning or the teaching of God’s correction or His wrath.
But most importantly, I heard His voice, on March 25th, calling on the wind, softly whispering, “Faith, Do you Hear me?” He said,
“Faith, do you hear me? It is time to come home.
I know you’re entranced, by what the world has shown.
Turn, Turn, Turn - Turn your ear to Me.
Do not look back, it is time to take heed!
I am turning My children, by the direction of the wind.
I am igniting the wicks of those who have oil within.
Fire is coming! It will burn down all the fields,
The only fruit that will be left is what My harvest yields.
Receive My Holy Spirit, and He will give you eyes to see.
I have sent angels to protect you, and I have ALL My eyes on thee!
Faith, do you hear Me? Do you hear My call?
Faith, do you hear Me? Are you listening at all?
Faith, do you hear Me? It's time attune your ear to Me.
Faith, stop and listen, I am calling you home.”
Women of God, the Lord is calling to you. Will you draw in closer, and visualize with me?
Close your eyes, and pay close attention, to the words I am about to read. Take a deep breath, and get ready to inhale God’s refreshing breath.
Psalm 23 says,
“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever.”
Now before you open your eyes to take in the physical world,
take a moment to meditate on the Spirit of the Lord...
See the wool of the sheep who are not lost, but found;
See the richness in the green grass where they lay down their heads;
Consider the stillness of calm waters, before and after a storm has passed.
Imagine your soul, being at rest, despite the difficulty of the circumstances.
Remember that nothing is given for free.
Consider the cost that Jesus has paid for thee;
Acknowledge the curse that God declared over the earth,
until the set time when our Lord and Savior is coming back.
And though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
we shall fear no evil because Holy Spirit guiding and protecting us;
Jesus Christ laid down his life as our final living sacrifice,
and our blessing is in His promise that we will live again in His Kingdom.
He is our priest, our prophet and our King,
His glory is displayed for all the earth to see.
His rod and his staff they comfort me,
because they represent that I am free.
The table of the Lord is where we eat His bread,
and it’s where we drink of His blood that has been poured out for us.
He anoints our heads with oil, and sets us apart to do the work of the Father;
and as we prepare to take a deep breath,
before opening our eyes back to our guests,
let us remember the suffering that the Creator of the World endured for us.
Let us have a desire to pick up His cross
and become spiritually mature – which is His desire for us.
Let us grow wings like eagles and rise above the mountains that stand in front of us.
And let us have a desire to give God our very best.
Let us always remember that it’s not by power or by might,
but by His Spirit that we have life.
Now, please, I invite you to open your eyes and see.
Take a deep breath in as you transition.
Women of God,
Walking empowered means to endure long suffering through constant correction in the process of sanctification after being justified through Him and being yoked to Him.
It means humbling ourselves before the Lord and allowing ourselves to be pruned by His Sword. It means putting on the armor of God as we walk through this wilderness which is not our home! And when we understand that we are not citizens of this world, we will let go of the fear that has been hurled. Fear of man. Fear of finances. Fear of illness or the coronavirus. Fear of government or politics. Fear of our outer appearance, and Fear of death or difficult circumstances. None of this is the will of the Father. Faith over Fear is what He honors.
Instead let us grow deep roots so that we can grow up to produce spiritual fruit – love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. This is the fruit produced through confident hope and patient endurance as we courageously walk through the wilderness.
We do not need to worry or scurry along, trying to appease everyone. Instead we fall to our knees and bow our heads to the Creator of the Universe, the Ancient of Days.
And it’s in this place of humility that the Lord will shine His face upon thee.
This is the Christian position of empowerment – hearts on the ground, fully submitted to Him. This is how the Bride of Christ walks boldly and confidently upon this earth.
Walking Empowered into our God ordained destiny is to grab hold of the blessing - Jesus Christ, is our righteous king who gave have his life as THE final living sacrifice. He was despised and rejected and pierced for our rebellion. He was beaten and whipped and crushed for our sin. He was led like a lamb, to be brutally slaughtered, but not once did He try to open His mouth. The Lord laid on Him all of our sins, and He was unjustly condemned and finally murdered.
Our God did all of this, so that we could live again with Him someday. Listen, there is nothing in you that can justify yourself. He is the plumb line that leads to Heaven. All good on this earth is still an abomination to Him unless we are sanctified and purified by Him. At the same time, there is nothing so bad that you have done, or could ever do, that will keep the love of God from finding you. He came to wash away the stains that fill our lives; and His Spirit convicts instead of condemning you.
So, if you believe that Jesus came, as the Son of God, the righteous king - then you are no longer a citizen of the World, you are now a citizen of Heaven just passing through. And while you are here, there is a great a work to be done. Earth is the place where souls are to be won. The harvest is ripe but the workers are few. I ask you, what job has the Lord given you to do?
Women of God,
Are you willing to offer yourself as a virgin bride to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ?
Are you ready to be a light in the dark, offering hope to a lost, a lonely and broken world? Will you care for orphans and widows? Will you invite them into your home? Are you willing to sacrifice, your time and money to care for the poor? Are you willing to sit and pray, with a person who needs you this very day? Will you go out and spread the good news of everything that Jesus has done for you?
Women of God,
I am pleading with you. The Lord is in need of you. People are the harvest that God has entrusted to you. Are you willing to stand in the gap, to build a bridge between life and death? Do you not know that you are the Temple of God – and in your heart and your mind is where Holy Spirit lives?
This message is for the Church – the barefoot and pregnant Bride of Christ.
Inside of her grows the Word of God, to be declared to all the world. It’s time to kick off your heels and take off your makeup. Take off your masks and show yourselves.
Put down your fig leaves and stop hiding your sin. He already sees the filthy rags you’re living in. He has not come to point or to condemn. He has come to love, to correct, to convict, to purify, to save and to give us a final rest. His sole desire is to wash you clean, to purify and penetrate your inner most being.
The year of 2020 has been an opportunity - to rest, to repent and to remember Him. It’s been a year of constant reflection – to show the world how good He is. Remember this – we overcome Satan by the blood of the lamb, and the word of our testimony? As you finish out the year 2020, and you consider the rest of your journey, Women of God, I ask you this question. Where is your faith, and what are you doing and saying? My prayer is that you are willing to work on the harvest, and reconciling men back to Him.
